3rd floor condo/apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located directly by Lake Cay. Pool area with 'regular' pool and children's pool right outside. Gigantic Publix supermarket, NYPD Pizza, Beth's Burger and Asian restaurants within easy walking distance. Entire unit air-conditioned, elevators in the building, and wireless internet. Washing room with washer and dryer, Fully equipped kitchen with Stove, Microwave, Fridge with ice / water, coffee maker etc. Living room with 42' HDTV and sofa group. Every bedroom has 32' HDTV, drawers and walk in closet. Master and 2nd bedroom has 2 x Twin beds.

Great stay

Location was wonderful right across from the pool!! The coffee maker stopped working and it was replaced same day by resort staff. Great communication!

Perfect location

Great unit. Location very convenient, near convention center, airport and many attractions. Beds were very comfortable. Supermarket at walking distance. Will definitely rent this place again if we come back to Orlando.

February stay

Our 4th yr spending month of Feb at Vista Cay. As always a very enjoyable stay. Felt the condo could use a deep clean especially the floors under furniture. A shout out to staff who were quick to replace dryer that wasn’t working and fixing kitchen disposal. Staff always nice and responsive . We have already booked our stay for next yr.

Great location for our trip

The process of booking the condo, very easy, convenient . We loved the community, very nice, accessible to everything like publix and dunkin donuts, just within walking distance. The apartment was excellent, exactly what we needed and were looking for. Perfect for my family. We really felt at home. Anytime we come back to Orlando with family, this will be our place to stay.

Great Location, Nice Unit and Property

We really enjoyed our recent stay! The unit is right across the street from one of the pools/hot tubs in the complex, within walking distance to a nice grocery, dining options, etc., and close to Sea World, Aquatica, and many other fun things to do like Icon Park, mini-golf, go-karting. The unit was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped. The patio has a lake view, which is nice. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay in this location again!

Fantabulous time

Great Accommodations

Our staff was very happy with the accommodations. Whenever I had any concerns or questions before arrival, the owner was quick to respond in a friendly manner. It was a 5 minute drive from the convention centre which was very convenient. The only problem was the wifi strength was very low and their laptops had trouble keeping the signal. We would return to this rental for other events at the convention centre.

Vista Cay excellence

Well described, clean spacious and well maintained complex with excellent pools. The owners were always helpful along with the complex management team Local facilities were available for quick and easy dining and shopping. No direct service for transport and own transport would be preferable though not essential as it was still reasonably convenient to international drive. Convenient to a number of parks such as SeaWorld and aquatic. A fantastic stay and a beautiful clean Condos with all requirements in place.

It's time to say thanks!!

Thanks a lot for a perfect vacation which starts already the first time we entered this wonderfull appartment. It's perfectly located really close to all the main attractions Orlando has to offer. We're travelling around a bit during our stay and were also guest in hotels, but for us it was a feeling of coming home when we're able to get back to the condo again. We hope that we're able to come back soon. Best regards from Germany

Outstanding Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was outstanding in every respect. Having the walk path around the lake got me started walking again- I waled every day. I highly recommend the unit for convenience and comfort. Your prompt responses were appreciated. We will certaily check your availability before our next visit. I grew up in Orlando and visit a couple times each year.

Everything We Needed

We have rented homes all over the country but this was one of the best. It had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath towels and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The location cannot be beat - 20 mins door-to-gate for any of the Disney parks. Universal is even closer. After a long day at the park, we picked up something for dinner at the nearby Publix and hit the beautiful pool which is only steps away from the front door. And the condo is in great shape - super clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely Apartment

We had a wonderful time at this apartment during late August 2010. The Owner was very prompt with all the enquiries that I sent to him prior our arrival. The apartment was very easy to find from the airport (which was only about 10 minutes away), the supermarket next door to the resort was great with very friendly staff, the resort itself was a very high 4* with gardens and all outside area very very clean. Both pools were great as well. The apartment itself was exactly how the picture and description had shown, very vey clean, and enough room. All the mod cons were provided and the children loved the ice maker!! The beds were very comfy anf everything worked i.e. tv's etc. We enjoyed so much that we will hopefully be coming back next year with another family. Mrs Sian Lewis, Wales, UK

We loved it!

Your apartment was everything we hoped it would be, and even a bit more :) Our boys loved the pool and to have their own tv. The hole family liked that it was so close to all the parks we would visit: Universal Studios and Island of Adventure (Harry Potter was a big favorite!!!), Wet 'n Wild, Sea World, Discovery Cove (just like being in Thailand!!) and Gatorland. In fact, it was so close to everything we could do without the rental car. We also went to Busch Garden in Tampa, wild rides! :) We have a coeliac-boy, and found good gluten-free food at the nearby Publix and had more than enough restaurant-options within a 15 minutes drive with a gf menu. We would love to come back, and will recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Could not work

Physically the building was ok, However we had no wi-fi in either of the two units we rented not TV some of the time. We brought staff to work and without the wi-fi we were not able to use the condo for our meetings, Can you believe we had to go to McDonalds a few times in order to communicate, Called the office and was unfirmed that since we booked thru VRBO that there was nothing they could do, They did call the cable company but to no avail. Very unproductive for us and much wasted time

Really a home away from home

Where to start? Being in a gated community, it was secure. We also liked the fact that it was not a turn-key lock so there's no need to dig through your purse or pockets for a key or card key. The condo itself was nicely appointed. We made use of the full kitchen - no sampler-sized-drinks-refrigerator for this one. The rooms were nicely furnished and even had full-sized washer/dryer in the unit. We also appreciate that the unit was clean - toilet seats sanitized and all! The pool was big enough and not crowded when we used it. Landscaping was well maintained. Trash was picked up regularly and you need not take it to a smelly compactor. It was also the perfect size for a family of four. There was always a parking spot. Best of all is its location, location, location. Conveniently accessible to a supermarket, Universal and Disney theme parks, and the premium outlets! Some possible improvements for the future: newer comforter in the masters as it's becoming worn... And maybe just bigger bath towels. We loved it so much, thank you for renting your beautiful condo unit to us. We were sad to leave it as we considered it a home away from home even for just a week! Great Central Location and Beautiful Condo

My husband, and two daughters and I stayed Oct 31-Nov 6th. My husband was there for the DEMA convention, which was right down the street. We also did the tourist thing. We rented a car to be able to get around the state. This condo was very central in Orlando. It's immaculate and quite large. Check-in was seamless and quick. It was in a gated area with lots of parking. We stayed in building 4114 and was right across from the pool in the Reserved area. Our girls went to the main pool one day and said it was just a short walk away..

Location location location

Vista Cay is located close to all the parks and the new Epic Universe. Orange county convention center even closer. Easy access to the express way and MCO. I like the gated area with publix and restaurants outside the gate with in walking distance Always clean and quiet
