There is a flat-screen TV with a full UK TV package as well free wifi. The south-facing balcony off of the living room is perfect to sit and sunbathe during the day or just relaxing in the evening. The community has a large pool to enjoy also when on holiday.

Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctors.

A 10 minute walk away is the Rioja centre and Los Dolses centre for a wider choice of restaurants and bars.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In near proximity, there is Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca, and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well.
