Spacious vacation townhome unit with a pool
One of the "3W" towns, Weston is Boston Metro area's most prestigious neighborhood which is centrally located with only <30 min to downtown Boston, with easy access to major highways, commuter rail stations and many local universities, etc.
Next to a beautiful woodsy park, this is a spacious (~2000 sqft) secondary unit (like one of Duplex townhouse units in a structure, half of a big house) which has its own private entry/exit.
Outdoor pool in the yard is open from June to September [no lifeguard!].
There are backyard chickens so if you'd like, host can provide some farm fresh eggs. -:)
The space
Make every night a movie night with full HD projector, 100 inch screen and room filling sound!
1st Floor:
Full Kitchen with all essential appliances and filtered drinking water; A generous great room and a dining area; A bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with shower and a compact washer/dryer setup; There is another bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor: a bedroom with a queen bed; a bedroom with 2 twin beds. (note both bathrooms are on the 1st floor)
Guest access
Please access the unit through the gate to the yard. You can access the entire vacation unit as well its deck.
You are welcome to swim in the pool when it is open during the summer. Note there is no life guard.
Parking:
Garage is not accessible, so please park on the parking spaces for the vacation unit which is perpendicular to the garage. Or you can park on the street opposite to the mailbox. Please do not park immediately in front of the garage doors or block the circular drive way.
