Welcome to the Ponderosa Cabins. Established in 1939, this pet-friendly haven offers 17 charming, remodeled cabins on a quiet 2-acre property just minutes from downtown Glenwood Springs. We blend historic charm with modern comfort in our unique "Rustic Luxury" style.

The Accommodation: Cabin 2 "Hoss"
Perfect for couples or solo travelers, Cabin 2 features:

Sleeping: One Queen bed with fresh linens.
Living: A cozy sitting area with two chairs.
Kitchenette: Equipped with a small refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine (with coffee provided), and essentials (plates, cups, bowls) for two.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Air Conditioning.
Privacy: Your own private entrance and separate living space.
Location & Surroundings
Located off Highway 6 (parallel to I-70), the property feels like a remote mountain oasis while being incredibly close to local attractions:

2-3 mins: Iron Mountain Hot Springs & Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park.
3-5 mins: Downtown Glenwood Springs, Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, and the Amtrak station.
Walking Distance: Vic's Charcoal Burger, the iconic 1950s drive-through famous for burgers, shakes, and fries.
Future Plans: The property is preparing to host Western-style weddings and large family retreats.
Pet Policy (Strictly Enforced)
Pets are welcome! However, rules are strict to ensure comfort for all guests.

Fee: $20 per pet, per night.
Eligible Cabins: Pets are ONLY allowed in Cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. Bringing a pet to any other cabin results in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and additional penalties.
Requirements:
Pets must be fully trained and restrained.
Must be on a leash anywhere on the property outside the cabin.
No unattended pets unless they are in a kennel.
Guests must clean up after pets in the neighborhood.
Excessive barking is prohibited.
Guests are liable for all damages or injuries caused by their pet and must indemnify the Host against related liabilities.
