Summary:

We didn’t think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we set out to create some. Welcome to our latest creation :)

- 5 separate beds, 6 total (3 Kings, 1 twin over King bunk w/ pull out trundle & 1 Full)

- 72" Tv in the upstairs main bedroom

- 3 43" Roku smart TVs in the bedrooms

- 2 Full Bathrooms

- 2 Full Kitchens

- High Speed Internet

- Fenced in back yard

- Fire Pit area

- 3 seasons room off backyard



The Basement:

- We would like to properly set your expectations for the basement. They should be low 🤣. It is an unfinished Michigan basement. Relevant synonyms: eery, creepy, spooky 🤣. We use it for storing extra materials, cleaning supplies, and random house things. You are more than welcome to use it as needed during your stay, but it is not meant to be a featured space. Judge us on the upstairs. It's super nice up there 😊.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home.

The Neighborhood:

This is a very cute neighborhood, very centrally located between Lansing and East Lansing. Just minutes from either downtown area.



The home has high traffic from the local school from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM Monday- Friday.
