This 2 bedroom suite features two separate bedrooms with king or queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a full size kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. This room also has ceiling fans and a fireplace.



Guests will have access to the resort restaurant, coffee lounge (hours available at resort), business center, BBQ grills, fitness center (age restrictions apply), games room, sauna (age restrictions apply), pool table, foosball, ping pong, Mini-Market, spa (fees apply), Indoor pool and hot tub.



With a peak elevation of 11,300 feet, Brian Head is Utah’s beacon to snow-lovers as one of the nation’s highest elevated ski resort towns. The town’s year-round population is fewer than 100 people, but countless vacationers and outdoors enthusiasts make for a consistent stream of excitement. Approximately 350 inches of snowfall each year draws the attention of cross country skiers, snowboarders, hikers and those who wish to bask in the natural beauty of Brian Head, Utah.



You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining.



Essential: Please ensure that your reservation is being booked in your name as it appears on your valid government issued ID before booking if your name is different then what is listed on Airbnb. Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.



Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. This fully transferable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.

Since the resort maintains all the units, unit decor may vary slightly from photos due to resort updates and/or changes.

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State.

The guest hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.

The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.

Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.

Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
