Top-notch! The house was incredible and exactly as described. It was just our family so we had room to spread out, but would have been great for two families. The kids loved the pool and all the extra games (ping pong, billiards, etc). The location is very convenient to access all the beach clubs or go into town on the golf cart.This was our first experience with Vallarta Rentals and our concierge, Pedro, was fabulous! Extremely attentive and responsive. He also provided us with a lot of information pre-arrival to help us book restaurants, excursions and airport transportation. Brianda, our housekeeper and cook, was excellent as well. The food was delicious and the house was spotless. We can’t wait to stay again. The destination and hospitality were truly wonderful. Thank you!!

What an amazing place to rent! Pedro greeted us with margaritas, chips and salsa, and all the information we needed. He responded very quickly when we had any questions. The chef was amazing, breakfast to wake up to every day was so special along with the daily cappuccinos. The house had a ton of room in the patio and plunge pool was so relaxing.

Amazing! We had nine people total (four kids in the bunk room, two sets of parents in the master bedrooms, and one grandparent), and the house was set up perfectly for us. Brian a took amazing care of us with breakfast, and Fernanda did an amazing job of organizing everything before and during our stay. 5 stars!

Very nice stay

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of room, good location and well furnished. The concierge, Pedro, was terrific in taking care of our pre-trip plans and coordination of reservations, in-villa meals and various rentals. We had three generations, including three kids under the age of 3. The chef/housekeeper, Brianda, was wonderful and made us great breakfasts each day.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We loved our stay here! We were so well taken care of by Maria and our Concierge team who made so many arrangements for us including a day trip to Sayulita, reservations, local recommendations and our lovely housekeeper who cooked and cleaned daily for us. We traveled as two families with three young kids under 4 and this house could've easily fit three families. We loved the access we had to all the nearby beach clubs and the grounds were immaculate, clean and well kept. We will definitely be going back!

Amazing

It was a great place. The 2 golf carts were clutch. Very clean. Maid and cook made it for us. Every morning having breakfast made was such a delight. Highly recommend to a family with kids or just adults. Great location to all beach clubs. Easy access to downtown for dinner or groceries.

Great home with great features

loved the plunge pool after visiting the beach clubs. Use of golf carts made a car not necessary. found two good restaurants in the small town outside the gates. Special praise for Pedro our concierge and Breianna (sp?), our chef and housekeeper. top end appliances including a espresso maker. Kids loved the pool table and out door ping pong table

Made for the most magical bachelorette weekend!

I came here with 8 of my best girlfriends to celebrate my bachelorette and we had the most amazing time. The villa is insanely beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could possibly need for a dream vacation. The location is amazing. The golf carts that were included were a game changer and we took them to MEZ Bar at the Four Seasons the first night and also to Pacifico Beach Club for a day of lounging (which I would highly recommend). The service here is top notch and the meals prepared by the chefs in house are some of the best we've ever had. Fernanda our concierge was AMAZING and on top of it, and made sure we had everything we needed and our trip ran smoothly. We were all so sad to leave and hope to be back soon!!

Incredible stay!

We absolutely LOVED our time here! We stayed here as a group of 9 for a bachelorette party. This VRBO goes above and beyond to ensure everything is optimized for your stay. The concierge (Cynthia) was remarkable at communicating and planning our weekend. She helped arrange transportation, grocery services, and coordinate our plans. A highlight was the prepared meals we had at the VRBO. Our chef dinner was phenomenal! We also loved the pool and in-home gym set-up. The Punta Mita community feels incredibly safe as well. We loved taking the golf carts around to dinner and the beach clubs. We also used the ProShop to play pickleball. We highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely be back!

Punta Mita Resort - great location

We had such a great trip at this property that was managed by Vallarta rentals. The property is located on Las Palmas a very short gold cart ride to the Pacifico Beach club and close to the gold course and the majestic "Tale of the Whale" gold course hole. So much to do and our concierge Fernanda helped with so much pre-trip and during the trip. Our daily breakfast from Liz was top notch. The property itself was great for two families (a total of 8 of us). We had a few problems with the property while we were there - most specifically an issue with the plumbing. Fernanda was responsive to our issues. Overall I would definitely come back to Punta Mita.

Fantastic home and fantastic experience overall. Maria was absolutely perfect as a host / concierge. Housekeeping was perfect and meals were delicious. The house is in a great area, centrally located in Punta Mita. So it's 5 minutes in the golf cart to any of the beach clubs and pools. The house provides great privacy between the common spaces and the bedrooms, which is perfect for both families and groups of different couples alike. The workout room is a fully equipped with a full gym. Beyond that and the pool, you also have ping pong and pool tables. The pool is very small. More like an extended spa. But beautiful. The roof is really nice, but so so hot in the afternoon that depending on the time of year that you may not need it. But that doesn't matter because inside is perfect.

Construction

As communicated elsewhere, the property was falsely described entirely. Construction was adjacent to the property, and not declared. Noise and vibration made it impossible to occupy the property during the day. I have filed a formal complaint and await a response before escalating my concerns further.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction noise on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 23rd, and the morning of your check-out on Monday, July 29th. This nearby construction project has been ongoing for some time, and this is the first noise complaint we have received, as evidenced by the many positive reviews on this listing. We appreciate that the saw-cutting noise on those two days was exceptionally loud, and we had no prior warning of this work. Once we were aware of the noise, the owner contacted the HOA manager, who spoke with the contractors. The owner paid the contractors to stop the saw-cutting from Tuesday through the end of your rental period. The owner also offered you a discounted rate, which you accepted after assessing the noise levels the next day and requesting the offer in writing. The noisy work was supposed to be suspended until after your check-out, but unfortunately, it began again on the morning of your departure. We apologize once more for the inconvenience caused.

Two thumbs up!!

We have visited Punta Mita for last so many years and stayed at different properties. So far, Las Palmas 21 is the best on top of our list. The towels are CLEAN, NEW, high grade. And so many extra in every closet. In the kitchen, all utensils, glasses, cups, plates….etc. all well organized and prepared for guests stay. Most impressively is the wall mount espresso machine which is a thoughtful touch. House maid, Yolanda is very good, she cook and clean every day. property manager, Fernanda is always on top of everything and communicating with us even after hours for every of our need and requested. We have brought our families with us this time, truly make our trip so much enjoyable. I thanks you, the house owner and all you crews. Strong recommendation if you are looking to rent.
