After 5 months of renovation, the Historic Downtown Heber Brick Tudor is ready to host you! This home has all the space you need for a group or family getaway! With 5 bedrooms (and enough beds to sleep up to 16) and 4 baths, there is enough room to really spread out. This home is fully updated and includes all the essentials. Plenty of space to entertain! With a private backyard, covered patio, outdoor fireplace, and deck. Central to everything and pet friendly!
A beautifully restored Tudor bungalow with a cheerfully eclectic feel. Updated with all the modern amenities you expect, but still holding on to a yesteryear feel and charm, this Brick Tudor home in the heart of Heber City Utah will steal your heart. Large yards, front and back, for a downtown home, you have room to spread out. When final renovations are complete, there will be a wonderful outdoor covered deck and fireplace as well as an upper deck. Two kitchens and 5 bedrooms, each unique with fun finishes and details. Upstairs is a huge loft area with a sleeping area and hideaway forts for the little ones.
The home is located one block from Heber's Main street. There are two garages, one kept by the homeowners and the other is available for guests. The driveway is large enough for 4 vehicles and there is street parking as well.
You have full access to the entire home. A few blocks away is one of our favorite coffee house and bistro's the OG Cafe. The Historic Heber Railroad as well as the Rodeo Grounds are also very close to the home.
Absolutely perfect stay! Even better in person. All of the adults had their own space but it also had fantastic gathering areas as well! Beautifully remodelled - with a continuing remodel in progress that didnât detract from our perfect stay! Fantastic host - great communication and truly made us feel like we were at a home away from home.
This was a great property for my family! We were a group of 12 including kids between 1 year and 14 years old, plus our dogs. The layout is great, there are multiple common places to hang out and play games, and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The kitchen is a nice size and there are enough bathrooms/showers for a large group. The host's communication was excellent. We loved our stay and would book again.
Perfect for Groups â Fun Layout & Great Location
This house was exactly as described with a quirky but fun layout and plenty of sleeping spaces. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, which was great for our group. It was the perfect spot for our stay during the lacrosse tournament, and the location was idealâclose to lots of restaurants. There was also plenty of parking. We really appreciated the hostâs flexibility in supporting our team gathering at the house. Highly recommend for large groups!
Plenty of space for our family. They provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and communicated quickly and effectively. Would stay again!
Very comfortable. Three essentially separate living spaces for couples and friend. Very comfortable. Equidistant to Sundance Resort and Park City. About 45 min easy drive to either. Easy walk to good food.
This house looks small from the outside, but there is so much space. Two kitchens. Two living rooms, plus a big upstairs playroom with a big TV and a pool table. Our group had a great time.
If you love quirky nooks and crannies, this house is for you. Tons of little stair steps, seemingly hidden bathrooms, and bedrooms in unexpected places. Tons of personality and history in this house.
The house met our needs for a family vacation. The location was on a quiet street in downtown Heber City making it an easy drive to hiking trails or an easy walk to coffee shops and some restaurants. Mike, the host, was very accommodating when we asked for an early check-in and the use of an extra cooler in the garage. He even inflated the tires in the bikes and made them available. The house has been remodeled nicely and it was spacious enough for 7 of us to spread out comfortably. The house has many levels and steps so would not be good for someone who has trouble climbing stairs. The lack of a handrail on the stairs to the loft might also give someone with children pause. There was an issue with the basement kitchen sink not functioning, but I'm sure that has been repaired by now. The owner was working on the yard this summer and he hadn't finished as much of it as he expected before we arrived. But it didn't bother us or prevent us from enjoying the week. A few of us worked remotely during the week and the WIFI worked well. All-in-all a great week.
