The Spiral Cottage

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful and unique place. You will be amazed by the stunning solid oak spiral staircase in the living room. Relax and put a record on or enjoy the smart TV. It includes the Discovery+ family of channels (HGTV, Magnolia, Food, History, Animal Planet ect...). Centrally located, you are close to ISU and Deming park.

The first bedroom is on the main floor. It has a queen bed and a smart TV.

The bathroom is on the main floor and is attached to the bedroom. You do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

The second bedroom is in the loft. It is accessed by the spiral staircase. It has a queen bed that is at floor level. The space includes a selection of childrens books and a reading area. The loft space has a lower/sloped ceiling and may not be suitable for taller guests.

The living room has a sleeper sofa. The back lays down to become a bed. The bedding is located in the chest. If you fold the couch down please put down the support legs located on the back of the couch behind the zipper. The room also has a smart TV and a record player.

You will find a fully equipped Kitchen that features a stainless refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A single serve coffee maker with a milk frother sits on the gorgeous wood countertop, enjoy a quiet morning at the cute corner dinette area while sipping on your morning latte!
A selection of tea and coffee are provided.

The houses is 600 square feet, But was designed with comfort and functionality in mind to give our guests a wonderful stay!

There is one security camera on the property. It is located outside the back door.

We love this home- extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect for our visit for 5 days. They always have coffee pods and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes. The upstairs bedroom/nook is so perfect! We will stay again- thank you!

Very Clean Little Cottage, with a Cozy Atmosphere

We loved our stay in the cottage. It was very clean and decorations were very cozy. The beds were conformable and kitchen had a lot of space to cook. The only downside to this place is the couch isn't the most conformable and the upstairs gets super hot in the summer. Which is really unfortunate since that space is awesome and I think the bed is more conformable than the downstairs one. I would rate it a solid 9/10, and we would likely book this place again the next time we come into town.

Pretty nice little cottage. Everything was clean and nice. They were very accommodating letting us park at 11 even though we couldn’t get in until 4 (we had a tee time at noon so we used uber to get to the course) which was very helpful. The only downside to the property is the upstairs loft gets pretty hot at night (they do provide a fan but limit the AC to 70) and the only bathroom was through the master bedroom. For us this wasn’t a big deal, but it may be a turnoff for some. Overall, great property and I would stay here again!

Great, clean property!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Close to Indiana State University and pickleball courts. Was everything we wanted for a stay. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place in Terre Haute.

This space is perfect for a short term visit. Great distance in safety to the mill, and Baeslers Market can be your refrigerator. It was perfect for just me. I always get two beds, in case my kid needs a place to rest. It was safe, even though I was awoke to safety with police presence one of the nights. Perfect for a weekend trip,

Great little place

A modern home in an older neighborhood. Great location for us. Very close to stores and family in town. It was a positive experience. We’ve sent the listing to other family for them to consider this property when they also come to town. Would stay again!

Lovely little place!

We stayed three nights and everything was great. The host were easy to communicate with, checking in and out was no problem. The home is so cute and very clean. It is very comfortable and relaxing. I high recommend!

Very cute, modern, clean place. Located in a great central location. Once thing to know is the only bathroom is in the only downstairs bedroom. The loft is so cute and cozy but the ceiling is short and the area is best for children. We had a great stay and it worked well for 2 of us. If it were any larger of a group that’s not family we’d want a larger place

My wife and I stayed for a couple nights while in town for work. House was modern and clean. Enjoyed the bedroom TV and updated kitchen appliances. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

Exactly what I needed for my stay

The house is exactly what I needed for my stay - and will be the first place I check availability on future visits. The house is clean, well stocked and had everything I needed. Perfect for single travelers, a couple or a couple with school age children. The owners were super easy to communicate with and things could not have gone smoother.

Comfortable and Cozy Cottage

This cottage is adorable and very cozy. With three adults it provided all that we needed. The host was extremely accommodating when we needed to move one person downstairs. She brought us a blow-up mattress shortly after we messaged her. Terre Haute has a wonderful selection of restaurants in historic buildings. Our favorite was Bosco Bar (italian), make reservation. I would have no problem staying here again.

Reunions

The place was adorable and instructions were easy to follow. I really like the keyless door too. I felt safe and secure. It was right in the middle of my planned activities, so very convenient. Communication with Joseph was prompt and as needed. The Roku TV was interesting but I couldn't turn the volume down in the bedroom for some reason. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!
