Welcome to our modern, luxurious chalet in the Tremblant mountains. This house welcomes guests with a feeling of openness and a clean flow of energy. Smooth concrete floors, light wood flooring, stainless steel and glass railings and high end finishes delight the touch, and natural light filters through the surrounding trees and expansive windows.

The Space
The open, modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry, solid countertops, and plenty of space to prepare your meals. The island opens up to the great room, perfect for entertaining and dining at the modern farmhouse dining table.

Bathrooms are modern, clean and open with high end finishes. Fluffy towels and fresh toiletries provided. Bedrooms each feature natural views through the windows, with hotel quality linens and bedding for comfort during your stay. The first and second bedrooms feature a Queen bed in each. The third bedroom features a large Double Bunkbed.

Located in Mont-Tremblant Nord
The Chalet is located 10 minutes from skiing, the SEPAQ, restaurants and shops on the North Side of Mont Tremblant. The area is known for hiking, mountain biking, The Nordic Scandinave Spa, Circuit Mon-Tremblant Racetrack, events such as the Ironman Tremblant and 24h Tremblant, and regular concerts and festivals.

What to Do
Relax, breathe deeply and immerse yourself in nature. Sip your drinks on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by boulder wall earthscaping and the Quebecois wilderness. Rest and enjoy the bubbles in the outdoor hot tub while you stare up at the stars. Enjoy the crackling of the fire outside as you sit deep in Muskoka chairs. At the end of the day, come inside and get cozy by the high end fireplace for a true apres-ski experience.

Included with your Stay
Included high speed wifi for streaming and remote work. A Tesla EV charger is also available for use. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, serving ware, coffee and spices. Hotel quality linens, towels and toiletries are provided for our guests.

This home is suitable for small groups and families and has strict rules regarding the amount of guests in accordance with municipal and provincial guidelines. Neighbours and rules around noise need to be respected. Extra guests and parties will not be tolerated, and will result in immediate eviction without refund. There are external security patrols to ensure our guests safety and guidelines are followed. This rental is for respectful guests to enjoy an amazing getaway.

Cette maison convient aux petits groupes et aux familles. Elle est soumise à des règles strictes concernant le nombre d'invités, conformément aux directives municipales et provinciales. Les voisins et les règles concernant le bruit doivent être respectés. Les invités supplémentaires et les fêtes ne seront pas tolérés et entraîneront une expulsion immédiate sans remboursement. Des patrouilles de sécurité extérieures veillent à la sécurité de nos hôtes et au respect des règles. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund.

2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
