Completely renovated mid century modern home nestled in a private cul-de-sac on the little sugar bike trail .15 miles from Tanyard falls. Every inch of this home has been made new. Enjoy walks to the waterfalls with on property trail access, bike storage and wash station, and views from the deck of this peaceful property.
We had a wonderful time, we went up for a wedding and were only there for a couple of nights but we loved the house!! We had a party of five and had plenty of room, very lovely place to stay. Beds were comfortable, the place was very clean and quiet and you couldnât ask for better towels, so thick!!
House was perfect for our needs. We stayed two nights for a golf trip. Course was 5 minutes away so it made it really convenient. I would recommend this house for golf trips and or mountain bike/hiking trips. Beds were comfortable with lots a bedding for your preference.
The house was absolutely adorable! It has clearly been updated and well maintained. The property was in a quiet neighborhood. We wanted something close to town, but also wanted to experience the natural beauty of northwest Arkansas...mission accomplished. Our favorite was the view and conversation from the back deck. We took the trail from the backyard to the waterfall trail for a short afternoon hike. The location was also conveniently located near Bentonville and near our float trip in Missouri. Any conversation had with our host was answered quickly. Would stay again without a doubt!
Needed a place to stay to scout out Bentonville and Bella Vista for biking and fun stuff to do. Downtown Bentonville was great, lots to do, great breweries and biking. The house was perfect for our needs. The great location was great, took the backyard hike to go see the waterfall and that was the highlight of the trip. We had six couple stay and had no complaints. The house was updated and had everything we needed. No complaints at all.
House was in great shape in a great location for our quick trip to the area. Beds were comfortable, showers were nice and the kitchen was well equipped.
We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the trails via foot and bike. The manager was very responsive to our questions and the house was perfect. Thanks,Brad
Loved this place. I cannot wait to stay here again. We hiked before our ball tournament and the trail head started right in the back yard! The house was cozy, beds were comfy. The host was great with communication and offered great advice. I was very pleased with my choice!
Clean and Cozy. Hosts get 5 Stars for their attention to details. They Provide ample quality paper products ( t.p. / Paper towels ) What a pleasure to have more than one roll, and not 1 ply- đ Thank you- We enjoyed not having to run and buy more.
We have been staying at VRBOâs for many years, all over the country. This house is one of the best ever! Itâs newly renovated and could be placed on the market âas isâ should the owners choose to sell. Itâs freshly painted, outside and in. The mid century modern furniture is tasteful and nicely arranged. Appliances are high-end. The walk-in shower is as good as any in a high priced hotel. Amenities are thoughtâŠe.g. Better Home & Gardens shampoo and soap in the bathroom, not some cheap product. The closets are spacious and you can put your luggage out of sight, making you feel like you are in your own bedroom. Checkout is âuser-friendlyâ with just a few simple instructions instead of a long list of what is requiredâŠthat is very thoughtful and considerate. The location is greatâŠat the end of a cul-de-sac on a large lot with a deck overlooking a wooded ravine. It is close to Bentonville which has had a renaissance of sorts since our last visit years ago. Crystal Bridges museum is close by and undergoing an enormous expansion. Lots of good restaurants at reasonable prices nearby. Try the Italian one, Tavalos, near the town square. The people in the community were friendly and helpful. We were rear-ended on the way down from St. Louis (no one injured) and the BMW dealer we consulted for a temporary fix to get home couldnât have been nicer to us. The waiter at the Italian restaurant was delightful. What a find!!!!
Fully stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfy king bed in master, deck with a great view & easy drive to everything. We stayed 8 nights & found grocery store & restaurants nearby plus lots of bike trails. It was a short drive to Bentonville which had a wonderful choice of restaurants & more bike trails.
Having a garage was very nice to park our bikes. The owner was very responsive & gave us great suggestions for restaurants.
We have probably stayed in every kind of property in Bella Vista over the last 30 years, Our hostess was very responsive to our needs and the property was very clean and comfortable. I have a few suggestions particularly in the kitchen area. Three drawers need to be fixed as they do not work properly and could fall out. Seating was not good. Hated the plastic bar stools as they were not sturdy or comfortable. Would have preferred a larger table with at least 4 normal chairs. Supplies were lacking. We had a mixer with no beaters. There were no measuring cups either liquid or dry. I served a pie but had no pie server. I gave the property a 4 rather than a 5 because these items detracted from my overall satisfaction.
