Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space amidst the heart of Makati central Manila. Close to malls, cafes and restaurants and in the most modern architectural building in Manila. This 74 sq. meter living space has the most amazing 270 degree views with balcony on level 45. Architecture by Daniel Liebeskind renowned architect awarded to rebuild the world trade center after 9-11 and interior design by Georgio Armani. This condo is truly a luxury living experience.
Our guests get free use of the swimming pool, gym and library. They can also use the meeting room on level 30, reservations must be made through concierge. The first hour per day is free of charge then a tariff will apply. There is also a function room that can be booked for parties, but there are to be no parties in the apartment.
The air on system is serviced and cleaned each 6 months.

Just a few minutesâ walk from Century City mall you will be greeted by security staff at the residential lobby entrance. The minimalist interior design with natural materials by renowned designer Giorgio Armani is augmented by the friendly staff at the 24/7 concierge desk who are likely to greet you on your way to the elevator bank.

The kitchen is functional with electric cooktop and rangehood. The LG fridge/freezer incorporates a small door compartment for more commonly accessed drinks and necessities or for a smaller fridge if staying for a short time and eating out in one of the many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. In the cupboards are all key accessories including pots, pans, cutlery, dinner sets, cups, glasses, kettle, rice cooker, toaster, etc.
The lounge room features a state-of-the-art Sony KD-85X85J smart TV with built in sound system, set on an elegant buffet cabinet. The L-shaped designer leather couches are set back 11 feet from the TV which is perfect viewing distance for the impressive 85â 4K Sony enhanced resolution picture quality. Thoughtful positioning of AC outlets at the lounge area as well as building internet with Ethernet connections and cable tv connections being available at the TV cabinet and at the lounge area. The lounge area has a comfortable rug covering the otherwise comfortable wood flooring inside.
The coffee table with storage pops up into a working desk allowing work, gaming, or social media from the comfort of the lounge room. Any video calls from the couch can enjoy a backdrop with breathtaking vistas.
Between the lounge and bedroom is a small hallway to the bathroom providing easy access and privacy from either bedroom or loungeroom. You will pass the stacked LG washer dryer as you enter the bathroom. The bathtub was eliminated in favor of floor to ceiling natural stonework with glass and simple yet elegant vanity with sink, toilet, and shower.
By lowering the left most blind in the lounge room you will block any ability for outsiders to see in. That facilitates privacy with a breathtaking 180-degree view from the king size bed which is positioned to capture the expansive view through the lounge room, the mountain and city views straight ahead and the city views to the bay at the right.
