Welcome to Windsong! This beautifully decorated and air conditioned two bedroom two bath cabin is a perfect getaway, located on a mountain top in the Willow Valley area of Valle Crucis. Only 15 minutes from downtown Boone!

This cabin offers a full bathroom with tub/shower between the kitchen and the master King bedroom on the main level. There is a Smart TV and fireplace in the living room. Cozy up by the fire and watch your favorite shows on the streaming services, including SlingTV! There's a dining table for 6, full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and drip style coffee maker.

Enjoy the open floor plan of this cabin while you relax during your mountain retreat. The unforgettable twig style banister and railing on the staircase and loft will definitely make a lasting impression, and the long range mountain view will take your breath away.

The upper level loft has two Twin beds. Upstairs is also the Queen bedroom. The full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs is shared.

There is a large wrap-around deck on three sides of this cabin. There is open deck space with a picnic table and gas grill for you to enjoy. Don't forget the covered deck space with a swing. Leave the worries of the city behind and come relax at Windsong!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- Please note that the distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
