Boasting an amazing location right in the heart of Winter Park, steps away from downtown restaurants and shops, close to Winter Park ski resort, and within walking distance of the Fraser River and the Fraser River Trailhead, this beautiful condo is perfect for season-round escapades, offering incredible hiking/biking trails, skiing, and so much more!

When you book this mountain condo nestled in pine trees, you and your beloved group will have access to one of the best clubhouses in Winter Park! Enjoy two indoor hot tubs, one outdoor hot tub, a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym, a pool table, and a laundry facility.

An open floor plan will greet you upon entering the condo. The living area features a marvelous built-in stone wood-burning fireplace, a wall-mounted smart TV, and comfortable seating. Curl up in front of the fireplace as you stream your favorite series with a steamy cup of coffee from the stocked coffee bar! The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly need to prepare tasty treats.

This condo is also very family-friendly! There is a bunk bed that kids love, a high chair, a Pack N' play, kids’ plate ware, and games to play!

Great mountain experience!

Great Condo

This was condo was perfect for my family of 4 and my father-in-law that decided at the last minute to join us. It was very clean and well took care of. Had everything we needed plus lots of extras. Kids loved the pool table and hot tub at the community center. Very quiet and peaceful location. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Winter Park Stay

Me and my friends had the best stay at this rental! Not only was it stocked with all the necessities like coffee and extra blankets but the location was perfect. We were able to take the shuttle right outside of the community center to the mountain to ski. We would 10/10 stay here again!!

Amazing family friendly

Ample room for two families (a family of 5 and a family of 3). Bed situation was outstanding and comfortable. Lots of pillows, linens, towels, toiletries! Location was prime as we could walk to several restaurants and the market. Also close enough to walk to the rec center and bowling/cinema place! Indoor pool and hot tubs were great for kids and adults alike. On bus route to the mountain! Plenty of cook ware and utensils, even kid friendly plates/utensils. Very please with our stay and would highly recommend to any families!

Great Stay! Relaxing get-away. Thank you!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. My spouse and I enjoyed the lovely and clean condo. The beautiful kitchen was a highlight and the heating worked great. We enjoyed the game shelf and made meals in the kitchen as well walked to fun local places to eat. The place is homey and nestled in pine trees away from the front road but still walkable to most everything. We walked local trails, hiked the St. Louis Creek area, as well as took a drive to Grand Lake. It was amazing. The condo had plenty of towels and blankets and the general amenities. We watched the stars from the lovely outdoor hot tub. This place would be perfect for a couple or small group but also very kid and family-friendly. Fantastic location, unpretentious and fabulous value. We hope to come back!

Great affordable condo!

Or family of 5 has a great time here! The owner was great to work with! The condo itself is a little older, but everything was clean and in working order. Well kept and had everything you need for a stay (shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee, teas, creamers, seasonings, all kitchen utensils, extra blankets, sheets and pillows, games, cards, and books). Great location, only a building away from the community center pool and hot tubs. The coffee grinder wasn't working, so they went out and bought and delivered ground coffee for our stay! We wanted more towels and they brought us plenty more! So easy to check in and out. And again owner was awesome to work with and got back to me right away concerning the grinder and towels. Definitely recommended!

Great Family Condo in a Great Location

This clean and open feeling condo is just the right size for a family to visit Winter Park. It has all the necessities for an easy stay, such as cookware, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Having everything we needed at hand made the stay pleasantly unproblematic - like an ice cream scooper for when we got ice cream at Safeway. It is also located really central to town with easy access to lots of things to do, but you do not feel like you are in the middle of town. You can easily bike/walk to the condo rec center for the pool, hot tubs, play area, and other recreational fun. You are really close to the bike trail and a couple of fishing ponds. If you want to get food there are so many choices within walking/biking distance as well, such as pizza, breakfast, and burgers! If you are like me and you drive an EV, the city of Winter Park has you covered as well, with many public EV charging stations throughout the town in most parking garages or park locations. There is one in the parking garage that is less than a mile from the condo and was a 7 minute walk!

Good location. Maintenance issues

Property manager was aware the heater was broken prior to our stay. They claimed they thought replacing the thermostat would fix it, but they didn’t bother to check. It would have been immediately obvious their fix didn’t work, but they just threw up a new thermostat and walked away right before the weekend when maintenance would not be available. The outdoor hot tub was also broken for our entire stay and the indoor pool/hot tub was so over chlorinated it burned our eyes. My son didn’t want to go in the building because it burned his eyes (he normally loves the hot tub). If this was a private owner managing their property from afar I would understand. But this is Vacasa. They are being paid to manage the property. Looking back I’m realizing that every Vacasa property I’ve stayed in has been poorly maintained compared to ones that owners are managing themselves. This should be the opposite. Lastly the mattresses were worse than motel 6. Location is good with a nearby shuttle stop and walking distance to town.

Great Location

Great location a short drive from WP ski area. Plenty of parking, outside fire pit & grill. Only downside to my stay was the hot tubs and pool were unexpectedly closed for maintenance. The electric door lock did not work when I arrived but the property manager responded within a few minutes and got me in. Great property for skiers on a budget.

Great place and owner

This place worked out great for me and a buddy. It can sleep 6 very comfortably. Got our own rooms and bathroom. Perfect. It’s clean with everything you need. The actual owner’s offered their personal phone number if we needed anything. I had a few questions and was able to get everything addressed directly from the owner. That was fantastic. Will definitely look into this location again. A+
