Newly Remodeled Quaint Corpus Christi Guest House

Newly remodeled from the ground up Guest House with all the modern amenities and more. From the inception of the remodel we had our guests comforts in mind as much as our. With latest technology like Amazon Alexa, TV with streaming features, and more, we didn't want to cut corners to make it home for ourselves as much as for you also.
The space
UPDATE: Please be aware, this apartment is newly remodeled and a great interior space as you see in the photos. But since we're still doing some remodeling to the main house there are personal items and construction related stuff outside. This should not affect your stay, be sure this is fine before you book. This location is not on the beach, we're about 10mins (4miles) away from bay front. This is a working class neighborhood but safe, we've never had issues with our place or vehicles. We also have security cameras around the property for any incidentals.

Our custom guest house was remodeled with comfort in mind. We wanted to make the one bedroom space to feel safe, at home, quiet and both bright if you want or darker to get some rest. The bedroom is really comfortable, we have black out curtains, quiet and cool AC and an amazing mattress.

Both living room/kitchen and the bedroom have mounted TV's with streaming services like Netflix, SlingTV for Cable tv, Excellent Internet speed (50MB's) and more. Everything is fully furnished, currently the Stove Top works as well as the oven.

EARLY CHECKINS/LATE CHECKOUTS: Please be aware there is an extra charge for early check-ins/late check outs (The charge is usually around $20-$30 but it also depends on our cleaning team schedule) if you would like us to arrange this, please let us know ahead of time so we can coordinate with previous/next guests and our cleaning team.
Guest access
Guest house is in the back of the main house that either owner or a renter might be occupying. You'll be parking out front with free street parking in the driveway, we also have a camera underneath there. There is not much outdoor at this time as the main house and exterior is being remodeled and fixed up.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Due to the Coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces, we are also running an Ozone Generator Treatment between each stays.
At this time, the exterior is not complete as we'll be doing a remodel on the main house, landscape and exterior space. So it can be in disarray but the space is very comfortable, insulated well for sound and weather.
