NEW LISTING! 5 Bed, 5 Bath 4945 square foot beautifully remodeled single family home with incredible views in a lovely Breckenridge neighborhood just a few minutes to Main Street Breckenridge. Home offers completely remodeled chefs kitchen, brand new oversized 9 person top of the line hot tub, fireplace, spacious outdoor area, 3 car garage, and an expansive movie theatre for the entire family to cozy up together after an active day in the mountains!

The Space:
Sacrifice nothing in this beautifully remodeled luxury mountain home. With its exceptional location and spacious floor plan, this is a perfect home for your family to join together for your mountain vacation. With multiple areas to relax including a large great room, reading room, separate game/TV room, large movie theater, and multiple outdoor spaces, this home offers something for everyone allowing your group to come together while having a space of their own. This is the perfect family retreat!

MAIN LEVEL: On the main level enjoy a fully remodeled chefs kitchen with top of the line appliances, wine fridge, walk in pantry, and extra sitting/reading area just off of the kitchen. Easily entertain with a mahogany wood bar area next to large great room featuring expansive ski area views, fireplace, large flat panel TV. From the great room, walk out to an expansive deck area with beautiful ski area views.

UPPER LEVEL: One level up from the main level you will find bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, ensuite bath with a copper soaking tub, flat panel TV. Bedroom 2 has a king bed with a desk and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and shares a bath with bedroom 2.

MAIN LEVEL: On this level you will find bedroom 4 with a queen size bed and bathroom just outside the door. There is also a full size office on this level with a king size pull out bed.

LOWER LEVEL: One level down from the main level you will find a large second living area with a pool table, bubble hockey, and a movie theatre featuring a 7' wide screen, satellite TV, AppleTV and an Xbox. From this area, step outside and find large 9 person hot tub. Bedroom 5 is located on this level with a twin over queen bunk and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Upper level with King bed and desk, shared bathroom with bedroom 3 (sleeps 2).

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet and upscale neighborhood just a few minutes from Main Street Breckenridge. With a shuttle stop a block from the house, your group will be hitting the slopes or downtown Breckenridge in minutes.

Getting Around:
A shuttle stop is less than a block from the house. The FREE Breckenridge shuttle will conveniently take you to and from Main Street, to the ski area base, or to the gondola. You can get away without a car while staying at this home but it would be nice to have one.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. 

Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Exterior Security Cameras in place. Most properties have exterior cameras at entry points for security as well as to monitor compliance with pet/animal, party, and event restrictions.

Perfect Family Vacation

My family and I stayed in VRBO for my daughter’s wedding in Dillon. This house was ABSOLUTELY stunning and perfect. The bedrooms were socomfortable and the kitchen was so beautifully equipped, we cooked all our meals and didn’t have to eat out once. (We had three generations of women and it was so much fun cooking together and sharing stories. We had so much fun in the game room playing pool and ping pong and just hanging out. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or grill because the weather was really snowy and cold. I can’t wait to come back to this magical site.

Excellent Winter Stay!

3rd time to Breckenridge, and this house couldn't have been better! Quick 5 min drive to drop off skiers. Kids had a blast in the game/movie area downstairs. Hot tub was fantastic after skiing. Kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the snowfall. Would definitely book again.

Gorgeous Home

Perfect for families of all sizes and ages. Movie room and pool table provided tons of laughs and fun. The dining room table sat comfortably our whole crew for family dinners, games and socializing. The property is gorgeous with gorgeous views. Thank you! Alex and Kim

Wonderful Home

Home away from home!! It is warm and cozy, yet very spacious! Most places I stay I won’t walk barefoot and this home made me feel like I was walking on my clean floors at home. Every detail of this home was clean and thought out for guests! From a private library area to a sitting area off the kitchen. A large family room for everyone to sit by the gas fire place and look at the mountains was like a movie. The beds were all comfortable (every guest said so) the game room was a hit with adults and kids! The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day. The kitchen has EVERYTHING a person would ever want (even more at the end of counter, which we didn’t see until the end of stay) to cook any meal. There were fans for all the rooms, which we all loved being from Fl we like the noise. The house is stocked with basic kitchen spices, bathroom, toiletries, soap, shampoo and conditioner, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, regular dish soap
 I mean just bring your clothes and food and worry about nothing else. I definitely feel the house is worth the money, they provide things most places don’t. The master bath shower even acts as a sauna! Thank you for hosting our group and I hope my review helps others who may consider your home.

Family Breckinridge trip

Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the house. I would have coffee every morning on the patio and look at the mountains. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The house also had everything we possibly needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at this property. We definitely hope to stay here again.
