Great place

Super pleased with the property and being able to reach an associate to ask questions when ever I needed assistance. Definitely will be booking again at this property. Super close to the mountain so easy to walk to or get shuttled to. Location is perfect, felt safe and comfortable and it was super peaceful.

Perfect place to stay!

This condo is so cute and the complex is well taken care of. There was a sulpher smell from the water when we got there but we ran the hot water out and allowed the tank to refill with fresh water and all was perfect. The TP could use an upgrade as well, but overall this was an excellent place to stay and we will definitely rent it again.

Ski Trip

Overall a nice property and we would come again, provided 3 glaring issues are addressed. 1) The mattress in the master bedroom was spectacularly comfortable, but the full size mattress in the guest room was DIBILITATING. 2) Hot water heater must be replaced. It was incapable of filling a full hot water bath, and could not recover for a hot shower for at least an hour after running a bath (I say at least an hour because we waited an hour and it still hadn't fully recovered). 3) Pots and pans were all unusable scratched up "nonstick coating" gross. I recommend replacing with conventional stainless steel that will keep forever. Otherwise well kept, well appointed, well provisioned, and walking distance to lift.

Cute place, but it needed better cleaning

I want to be very fair with this review but also honest. First, the condo (two story) is a cute condo. It has all the things you need to have a great time. Like most mountain or ski resorts, it does NOT have AC. So if you go in the summer like us, you may be hot at night when you sleep. We had a few issues, both bedding had stains, one toilet didn't work, and a shower handle was broken. I reached out to Vacasa and VRBO, I always got someone (automated) that said they would pass this on to local support. However, I don't think they did. We left a day early and local support from Vacasa called us when we were on the road. He was super nice and friendly. They also refunded us our cleaning fee which was really appreciated and helped keep their review to 4 stars instead of something lower. I think the cleaning crew just had an off day and with a little help, this would be a fine place to stay!

We found the living room TV did not work upon arrival. The next day I notified the property manager and she said she would send maintenance. The service guy never arrived and the PM said he thought the tenant had checked out. So the next day he did arrive but left no informationand the TV still did not work. I called the PM with no answer so I texted and again got no answer. On prior conversations with her she stated she would credit me for two nights for the inconveniance. After we checked out she texted and said they would credit my card $15 a day for the problem. Very disappointed with the entire situation!

Surprised in a Bad Way!

My wife and I cut our vacation 5 days short as we simply could no longer deal with this condo. We arrived on July 30th and were scheduled to leave this coming Sunday, August 20th. We left on Wednesday, August 16th. The smell coming from the downstairs bathroom was disgusting. The bed in the master bedroom is so bowed that we rolled into the middle. (This seems to be a common complaint on Yelp). There is caked on dirt on the blinds, the master shower has a sinking area in the middle of the tub, the frying pans are so unusable that we ended up purchasing pans so we could cook. We never found any pillowcases for any of the pillows and the unit is very cluttered, the counters are painted and have chips everywhere, the list goes on. I did reach out on our second day, to see if we could add a couple of days to the end of our trip, however, we are so glad we didn't invest any more money with you as by day 5 we were simply sick that we had made this choice. Live and learn. Love Angel fire but wouldn't recommend this unit.
