Bienvenue à «Casa de Benditas '(espagnol pour la Chambre des bénédictions) qui est une chambre 3, 2 salles de bain Penthouse au coeur de Cabo San Lucas dans la prestigieuse communauté fermée de Pedregal- le Beverly Hills de Mexique. Casa de Benditas se trouve au sommet de la pile audio Pedregal Montagne dans le milieu de la mer de Cortez et l'océan Pacifique. Rien que la perfection! Profitez de la vue à couper le souffle, imprenable panoramique sur la ville de Cabo San Lucas, la Marina, bateaux de croisière et de la mer de Cortez tout en vous relaxant dans la brise de montagne de votre propre appartement privé.

Juste un court vol de grands centres américains, Los Cabos (San Jose del Cabo et Cabo San Lucas) est situé à la pointe la plus méridionale de la péninsule de Baja. Entouré par miles de dramatique terrain désertique au Nord, la mer de Cortez intacte à l'Est et le Pacifique à l'ouest, Los Cabos bénéficie soleil toute l'année et île comme l'isolement de la partie continentale du Mexique. Que ce soit à pied de la Bistro française de Marché & Spa Organic Farmer à l'entrée de Pedregal ou en marchant dans la ville de la Marina à louer un bateau, tuba, nager avec les dauphins ou juste le magasin ou dîner, il n'y a aucune limite à votre vision du paradis !

Vous voulez rester à la maison dans Pedregal? Profitez de Las Cascadas '(Développement) Piscine à débordement, jacuzzi ou au bar-b-que sur le pont et avoir votre propre dîner avec vue sur la mer de Cortez. Pas assez de détente? We could see whales from the balcony and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hosts were very responsive and we even used the snorkel gear which was great for the beach!

A superb host and a wonderful apartment. It lost a star due to noise at night that forced us to sleep in a back bedroom. Worth checking to see if there are any festivals in town scheduled during your stay.

BEST CHRISTMAS VACATION

Most amazing CABO vacation ever!!! The Pent House @ Las Cascadas Pedregal was breathtaking! Beautiful condo stocked with everything we needed for our family during this perfect week of Christmas. Location is perfect for all the excursions and adventures; convenient to walking to Marina and also Pedregal Beach. We are definitely planning to return to our now FAVORITE vacation spot!

Stunning view

It was a great stay with the ability to make our own meals and lounge over coffee in the morning with a panoramic view of Cabo San Lucas/downtown. Once you find this property, it’s worth it. Took advantage of the pools and gym. We got a lot of walking in and is about a 15 minute walk downtown/marina. Relaxing stay. Ask host for a parking spot.

What a view!

Booked for Family Vacation with now young adult children and the partners. The view from the penthouse is amazing, the photos don't do it justice. Nice relaxed quiet atmosphere, clean pools and great views. The owner was very attentive... had a small problem with the blender and literally within 30 minutes someone was there with a brand new in the box blender. Getting transportation into town with Uber / cabs was easy as well. Only suggestion is if you plan on walking into town or to the Pacific side bring good shoes. Those great views come with steep hills that aren't great in Birkenstocks.

A decent place to stay

The penthouse is beautiful and very well laid out. It has all the amenities necessary to satisfy any traveler. Having a laundry inside the condo is really helpful and the space was very comfortable, including the bed. Unfortunately, it is located on the noisiest side of Pedregal as all the road noise from the traffic and local school filters up the hill like an amphitheatre. During the time we were there, there was lots of construction going on right next door as they build a communal pool and rec area. Sun in December hits the pool from 9:00a and is gone by 1:00p so if that is important to you, do not stay here. This is the first VRBO that we’ve rented that did not have an owner’s manual describing the unit, the electronics, the condo rules, etc. and no one showed up to go over anything. Overall, a decent stay.

We regret your stay was not up to your expectations as this is a first. Our guest are always checked in unless they show up at 10 pm at night when the management office is closed.The management office is close by to assist our renters in anything they might need. Fortunately they are finishing a beautiful pool with fire pits but the noise is minimal. If you are wanting to lay out in Dec it gets dark by 5:30. so best lay out early.

Breathtaking Views

This property is awesome! The location is a bit of a hike if on foot. Better to take Uber for $2.50 US everywhere in Cabo from this location. The condo itself is beautiful and very well equipped. They know what they are doing when they give you plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, even alcohol which we didn't use. The neighbors are nice as well. Free parking if you rent a car. Two "issues" that renters should be aware of. 1) The noise from DT Cabo comes up the canyon and goes on until 5 AM every night. This is a non-issue unless you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom as the bass noise comes through the windows. 2) The "third bedroom" is separated from the hallway with a curtain. It is shown in the pictures so they are not hiding anything. Please realize that under most circumstances you will need to sleep with eyeshades and earplugs in that space. That said, if you are out partying all night or don't mind some noise coming from DT into the wee hours of the morning, the views and the property is well worth it. Great pool as well. They sent our deposit back in full as well. The hosts were great and responsive. We felt safe on and off the property.

Thank you for the review. Our apologies for the noise but I must say this is the first complaint of this sort after numerous reviews.. Being a light sleeper myself, I've never had an issue sleeping in the master due to noise from DT Cabo nor has my wife which most definitely would let me know. If the 42 feet of window/ doors are open you can hear the undertone of the very busy Cabo nightlife happening but once closed, not a problem. The thick heavy blackout curtains in the master leave me wondering what the eyeshades would be for as well. I rarely comment on reviews but seeing how one's sleep is crucial, especially on vacation, I had to reply. Sincerely Lyle and Kereth

Million dollar view

We stayed at the property in December 2022. The Pedregal community is 5-star and very secure. The condo is well furnished and the view is incredible. There are 2 pools for your use an elevator ride away. . Downtown is a 20 minute walk to the edge and 30 minutes on foot will get you anywhere you need to be. The hosts are great folks and very helpful. Highly recommended, you'll be glad you stayed there.

Beautiful Pedegral!

Property was stunning and exactly as advertised with gorgeous view. Lyle was very helpful in getting us set up with everything we needed. It should be noted there is a fair bit of construction going on in Pedegral and that can create a lot of daytime noise. If you are away from the property in the day, you'd never notice. But, if you're spending a lot of time on site, be prepared. It isn't the fault of the property or Lyle - Pedegral is just growing like crazy and it is part of the process. Thank you to Lyle for the great stay and helping us out!

Spacious with great views...

Great views of the Marina and Sea of Cortez, in a gated community. We enjoyed lovely morning walks though the hills of Pedregal, with the private beach only a 15 minute walk away. The penthouse was clean and spacious. The pool area was great for cooling off and sunbathing. All common areas were well kept. Please note, the only reason "Check-in process" and "Communication with Property Manager" are marked as "1 star" is: Kyle & Kereth gave me the access code and I didn't receive anything from VRBO with regards to check-in - we just gave our information at the gate and proceeded to the Condo. In that respect "Check-in" was a 5 for ease!! We had no communication with the Property Manager so I can not rate this section. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Thank you to Lyle & Kereth for adding this experience to our vacation.

2nd time to stay and LOVE IT! Large, airy, clean and has everything you need. Quiet and pleasant with view over Cabo that can't be beat! For restaurants and bars....Easy walk into Mariana in Cabo and can also walk to Madano Beach. Suggest a cab back up to Condo - going up is a little tiresome....but Taxi can be done for $20 This place is definitely worth it and a home run!

Amazing property.

I've been to Cabo a bunch of times. This is an amazing place. It is clean, quiet, safe, well equipped, and has one of the best views in Cabo. It's a 15 minute walk to the center of town. It's a little longer going back because it's a steep climb getting back. If you have any mobility issues at all, the hills will be a problem, up or down. There is a parking space, so you might consider renting a car. We had a problem getting access to the condo when we got there because the management company was "at lunch". We were two couples, and there are two master suites, and a couple extra beds in an open area, suitable for kids. Overall, a great place.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have traveled all over Mexico, even the deepest parts of Mexico by car and spent months abroad but NOTHING compared to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on the Baja Peninsula! It only took us 2 visits and we were hooked...ready to buy & invest in a piece of 'Heaven'. It's such a short distance from our home in Texas, that it allows us to be 'spontaneous' and in 2.5 hours, we are in a different 'state of mind'. Nothing beats the views or the accommodations for a romantic weekend with each other or a family vacation.
