This convenient and centrally located home is just over 3 miles from downtown Rockland and all the local festivals, and only a mile from downtown Thomaston. Camden-Rockport is just a short 20 min drive. It also has easy access to Pen Bay Medical Center, about 10mins. It also is roughly in the middle of Portland and Bangor both about 1.5 hours away. One of our nations greatest, and most visited national parks, Acadia National Park, is about 2 hours away. Local amenities include, beaches, scenic hiking trails, light houses, lakes, golf, skiing, art galleries, and of course lobsters.

Guests have access to a large front and side lawn. Behind the house is a two-unit apartment. So, there is no access to the back lawn. The house has great natural lighting. There is one step to get into the house. All main areas, kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom, and both bedrooms, are on the same level. To access the office there is another step down.

The living room has a large picture window the overlooks the front lawn. It has a 55-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. It is also where the sofa bed is located.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 43-inch 4k smart tv with Roku. The second bedroom has a queen bed.
High speed internet (500mbs) is available throughout the house.

There is a small, shared section of wall, about 10ft, in the office that connects to the back building.

If you're using Google Maps, it may take you to the wrong location—specifically 64 Old County Rd in Rockland, which is the next town over and about 1.2 miles past the rental.

Apple Maps does not seem to have this issue.
Even though it’s not an official address, entering “64 Meadow St, Thomaston, ME” in Google Maps will bring you directly to the right place.
