Although I appreciate the guest paying the additional fees, communication by myself and VRBO to the guest was hard. He book 1 night for 2 people. Guest had 8 plus cars at the house and multiple (10 plus) people coming in and out of the house throught the night. I then wrote the guest about check out time being at 10am as it is stated on VRBO. He thought it was 11am. After discussing it with guest we agreed to 11am. Guest still did not leave until 1130am. I also saw on the ring camera a small dog enter the house and leave. As well as hearing the dog in the back ground on the ring camera. I charged the guest for smoking in the house, pet fee, additional/ excess amount people, late fee and additional cleaning fee. We discussed and agreed to pay all but smoking fee. Which you smelled once you got into the home. Again I appreciate the payment and discussion after but communication during was not well and saying booking for 2 people and 10 plus come to the house was not appreciated.

Hello Sharon. The ice machine does work. It may have just been shut off. As far as towels. There should have been 2 sets in master bathroom. 6 sets in guest bathroom. 2 on rack and 4 in the closet. With the ice and towels you could have contact me to fix the issue. My rooms don't show tables or racks. Sorry if there was confusion that there was.
