Have children, pets, a large crowd?? Then welcome to your home away from home at "Have A Blas", where we roll out the red carpet for our vacationers and their four legged furry family members! A blast is exactly what our goal is for you to have when you stay in our truly A+++ home with tons of EXTRAS.
"Have A Blas" is located in the gated Seacliff community on the North end of Cape San Blas where the widest and prettiest beaches of The Forgotten Coast are.
There truly isn't a more accommodating place to stay and because we manage our own property, you will find many "extras" that you normally wouldn't find in a similar property. We strive to go beyond expectations for our guests, no matter the length of your stay.
Our home is a four story townhome with three separate balconies and has a convenient in-home personal elevator, which makes bringing in groceries and luggage very easy. The biggest reason why our guests love our home is because each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, there are two master suites, both with balconies with a view of the community pool and amazing views of the gorgeous Gulf! See below for a further description of each bedroom and each floor.
1st Floor: Enter from the covered parking area and you will find the laundry area with a washing machine & dryer, ironing amenities, and the entrance to the personal elevator. AND, we supply all detergent and laundering supplies during your stay for up to a week.
2nd Floor: This floor shares two bedrooms. One of two Master suites with a King bed, a private bathroom, Smart TV, coffee station, a balcony with sitting area and elevator entrance/exit. The second bedroom on this floor has two twin beds and a twin rollaway for extra sleeping space, it's own private bathroom and Smart TV. Coming this Spring 2024, we will be replacing the twin beds with bunk beds that have a double on the bottom and a twin on top.
3rd Floor: This floor also shares two bedrooms, one of which is the second Master suite with a King bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower, Smart TV, coffee station and also has a balcony with a sitting area as well as the elevator entrance/exit. . The second bedroom on the third floor is furnished with a Queen bed and Smart TV, and a private bathroom.
4th Floor: You will find the main living and gathering area on this floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and is completely open to the living area where you will find a large Smart TV, board games, special supplies for your fur babies and a balcony with the BEST view of the Gulf. AND, there is a handy half bath on this floor so you don't have to take a trip down the elevator or stairs to use your own bathroom.
This is our home away from home and we are always thinking of the little things that matter to us when we are vacationing. There is no need to bring beach towels which are provided and we have a ton of beach equipment including chairs, tri-fold loungers, umbrellas, a tent, a beach wagon for hauling, boogey boards and sand play toys which is available to rent for a $150 weekly rate or $25 a day for stays less than a week.
And let's talk about those fur babies. We LOVE all of our four legged guests! we have three of our own and they love the beach! Cape San Blas is a very pet friendly beach! As a matter of fact, I rarely see a family on the beach without a dog, or two, or three! Our home is equipped with pet amenities such as pet beds, dog toys, leashes, food & water bowl, etc. We allow up to 4 pets during your stay with no size restriction. The pet fee is non-refundable and is $35/night for the first pet then and additional $10/night for any pet after the first one. Please let us know if you are brining any pets before booking.
Seacliffs is a popular gated community located at the North end of Cape San Blas. The complex is located directly on the beach with a large community pool. playground area, walking paths, and a boardwalk to the beach. On a sidenote, the boardwalk to the beach is handicap accessible and is free of steps.
We make our guests a priority and will provide our personal cell numbers and ask that you communicate with us for anything, at anytime. So, what are you waiting for!? come have a blast at "Have A Blas!"
