The Space:

The perfect getaway for a large family or multiple families. Recently renovated and decorated, and only 2 miles from sandy beaches. Ping Pong Table, 3 smart TVs, and fire pit. Near tree-lined hiking trails in the national park, casino, wineries, boat rentals, cafes, Michigan City Zoo, splash pad and park, outlet malls, & antique shops; the perfect getaway for up to 14 people who want to relax or adventure!

UNIT PERKS:

--This house has a sofa bed in the family room & finished basement and can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably.

--This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use.

--Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided.

--Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided.

--A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. Each bedroom has a dresser storage and the master bedroom has hangers for clothing storage. There is also an iron and ironing board.

--Beach chairs and beach towels are provided for the guests.

--A few board games are available for your use in the game room in the basement

--A fire pit/chairs are available in the backyard for your use. Guests can bring their own firewood.

--Guests can park up to three cars in the area behind the house. Free public street parking is also in front of the house.

--The house does not have central AC, it has multiple window AC units to keep the house cool during the summer.



TECHNOLOGY:

--A large, flat screen smart TV is hooked up in your living area & master bedroom, though we recommend the outdoors over the tube! ;)

--High Speed Wifi is provided.

--A washer/dryer is available for your use in the home.



ADDITIONAL INFO:

We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from:

--AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts.

--Renters that are above the age of 25.

--A maximum of 12-14 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed.

--We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. To keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.



***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests.



**CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFO**

- Between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (Central Standard Time)

Please note: We do not allow late check-ins, and there is no after-hours customer service available. Guests must arrive within the designated check-in window.

- Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM.

- Check-in Instructions: Detailed check-in instructions, including a key code for entry, will be sent via Airbnb messenger on the morning of your scheduled arrival.

- Cancellation Policy: We have a moderate cancellation policy. For full details, please refer to Airbnb’s cancellation guidelines.



**GUEST ACCESS**

Guests have full access to the entire property. At least one host is always available via text if you need assistance during your stay.



**PET POLICY:**

- We are pet-friendly, but please make sure pets are quiet and respectful of the space and other guests. Please note that if you plan to bring pets, there is a $50 pet fee per pet.

- Pets must be crated if left alone in the home

- Pets must be on a leash when outdoors on the property

- Guests must pick up after their pets; a cleaning fee applies if extra cleanup is required

- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds



**FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 21 DAYS**

An additional cleaning fee ($225) will be applied to ensure the continued cleanliness and maintenance of the unit, as our cleaners will be required to service the unit every 20 days. This charge helps us provide a high standard of cleanliness throughout your extended stay. Additionally, we will require a $300 refundable deposit, which will be returned promptly once our cleaners confirm there is no damage to the property.
