The bright, open-plan space combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it a dream for entertaining and spending time together. Grab a bite at one of the barstools or sit down for a full meal at the dining table before heading out. When you return, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower downstairs, toss the day’s beach clothes in the washer/dryer, and cool off in the central AC with some iced tea. Entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, free WiFi, and board games. Keep dinner prep simple on the gas grill, and dine alfresco on the picnic table, then watch the stars rise over the Gulf from the deck. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
