Totally renovated "salty contemporary" in 2022 with new tile flooring throughout , views of heated pool , gardens and putting green from 8 seat island style dining and living room, new furniture including prana sleep king and queen mattresses and linens , Love Sac leather couch with throw blankets, scenes of Jupiter artwork, LED dim and under cabinet and island lighting, smart and / or Frame TV's in each bedroom and living areas along with built in closets plus new appliances including Profile gas stove top, sub zero fridge, silent Bosch dishwasher plus water filtration and tankless hot water heater for instant hot water.
Private gated motor court leads to car port and landscaped courtyard with fire pit and casual seating and covered doubled tall door glass entryway . The tropical oasis "backyard" features include outdoor kitchen , patio seating, lounge chairs on sun shelf , jacuzzi spa , outdoor shower and two flag putting green.
Third optional bedroom with private outdoor patio,washer & dryer ,stall shower and bath is onsite but separate from the main house.

While attending the University of Miami my family bought a second home in Jupiter to escape the cold and dark winters of Connecticut . I loved kayaking the Loxahatchee River, fishing the the inlet and exploring Jonathan Dickinson State Park so much that I moved here after graduation and opened a real estate company and a outdoor center that has connected thousands with nature since 1997. As a way of saying thanks to our guests and enable them to explore the natural areas of Jupiter we offer a free membership to The Jupiter Outdoor Center that includes, kayaking, paddle boarding , biking and guided eco-tours. It would be my pleasure to be your personal guide on any of our eco-tours. Besides helping you get your nature on we can also give you the inside scoop on the best restaurants and fun events in the area ranging from art shows, Broadway plays to strawberry festivals and more. We want your experience to be filled with ease and grace!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We wanted a beach location with security and privavcy that allowed pets.Being a real estate broker my entire life I know the value of location and privacy. That is why I choose Ocean Walk. Besides being able to walk or bike to the beach we are also steps away from Riverwalk. Riverwalk is a beautiful walkway that meanders along the intracoastal waterway leading to natural areas, great restaurants, a marina and entertainment center with outdoor amphitheater , pickleball courts and more. If kicking back and chill is on the menu there is better way than lounging in the pool on the sun shelf, grilling on the outdoor kitchen or jumping in the jacuzzi or enjoying the shade from the tropical coconut palm trees and umbrella .

We love the expansive vibe from vaulted ceilings and walls of glass that bathe the interior with natural light and brings the outdoors inside. The vine covered walls surrounding our property and gated entrance to our driveway afford us total privacy and a sense of security. Salty contemporary best describes our 2023 total renovation . Enjoy everything new along with the privacy and tropical ambiance that you will wake up to into every morning .
