Welcome home to The Fifth in downtown Highlands NC! From the moment you enter this stunning apartment, you will be surrounded by all the touches of a luxury hotel but with the space and privacy you want to enjoy your mountain getaway.
You will be greeted by an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen features quartz countertops, high end appliances, custom cabinetry including a wine cooler and a hand-built island with a butcher block top and seating for four. The dining area has a table with ample room for six. The living area has plenty of space to relax while reading a book or enjoying the game on the 65â television. The electric fireplace gives just the right touch of ambiance for a cool evening. The top-of-the-line sleeper sofa with air chamber and plush mattress give you space for two additional guests. And kids are always welcome at The Fifth; they even have their own loft space set up as a play area!
Off the living area, you can take in the cool mountain breezes from the screened porch while sipping a glass of wine. It is the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening.
With two bedrooms featuring king sized beds and two full baths, this well-appointed apartment provides luxury bedding, Frette bath linens, and Molton Brown bath products. The bathrooms have heated flooring and towel bars along with custom vanities. The master bath has a walk-in glass enclosed shower with a rain head shower system. The second bath features a tiled shower with tub. Both bedrooms also have 65â televisions.
