Direct oceanfront condo! Enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic from both the gorgeous master suite and the light and airy living room. Relax on the balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the shrimp boats offshore, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. Walk the beautiful sandy beach and hear the crashing waves. Often surfers can be seen enjoying the surf and the bird life is amazing! It is also a turtle sanctuary.

Located on the property is a large, heated saltwater pool! This is as close to the ocean as you can get! This premium corner condo is located on the 3rd floor perfect for beach views both to the North and East. It is directly on the ocean unlike many other condos that have a pool blocking your view of the beautiful Atlantic. The unit sleeps 7. The condo is a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath accommodation. The master bedroom has a brand-new king bed with premium bedding and linens. The second bedroom is equipped with brand new full bed and a twin bed. All furniture, mattresses and linens are brand new. The living room couch pulls out to a Full Sleeper. The furnishings are all brand new and tastefully decorated with a Boho Beach feel. Full size washer/dryer in unit, along with beach chairs and towels to use! Clean and crisp, this coastal condo is fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy!

**IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ** This is the ONLY building in Ponce Inlet, Southpoint Condominiums, that is permitted for short term stays of less than 28 consecutive days according to the Town of Ponce Inlet Ordinance. ANY other condo, or single-family dwelling advertised is NOT permitted or authorized for stays less than 28 days in Ponce Inlet. Rest assured this listing is permitted appropriately, and you can have peace of mind knowing your trip is not at risk of being canceled! Don’t take the chance of your trip being cancelled due to violation of this ordinance by booking at ANY other location in Ponce Inlet.

Our stay at the condo was absolutely wonderful. The space was very welcoming and spotless, making it easy to relax right away. The living room and bedroom furniture were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out.Both bathrooms were well-stocked with plenty of towels, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was sitting out on the balcony each morning, watching the sunrise and listening to the waves—it was the perfect start to the day.Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Bree was a great host and kept communications open. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Wondering beach condo

We have family nearby so we visit often… we love the beach… couldn’t ask for better views and a better beach to walk… 2.75 miles to the jetties to watch the surfers and fishermen …excellent restaurants very close and all on the water … the best mattress that I’ve had on vacation… better than Westin heavenly bed…… great TVs … bathrooms were very good We will be back for certain

Perfect beach getaway!

Bree was very responsive before booking, and during. Her place was even better in person. The views were so relaxing and gorgeous! She had every amenity available inside even if you had a newborn. We found her place a great home away from home. Perfect location too! Thank you for having us, we will be back in the future!! I highly recommend booking one of Bree’s rentals!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, and we loved being right next to the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The one thing that was not so good were the tile showers. The master shower was the worst, with a lot of something that looked like mold growing on the grout, especially under the seat in the shower, but also in the corners. I have a tile shower at home so I know what gross grout looks like. And there was definitely mold growing on the inside of the shower door. The main shower wasn't as bad, but both needed a good scrubbing. Not so fun to be afraid to take a shower. The other thing was that the windows facing the ocean were very dirty, and you could barely see through them - especially the patio door. The outdoor furniture provided on the balcony was also covered in sand. Not sure who dropped the ball here, because the rest of the condo was great. I did alert the owner.

Ideal Beach Getaway for Small Family

Condo was perfect set up for 2 adults and 2 children. Steps away from the beach or pool - can't beat that. It's our second time staying in this building and we will definitely be looking to come back and hopefully stay in this unit again. It felt like home away from home for the week we were there - only great things to say about it!

Bree is an excellent host who made sure our stay was a stress free, worry free! The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied with nice furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was already there for our use. The views of the ocean from the balcony, bedroom, and living room were beautiful! We definitely recommend this place to anyone. The condo is situated in a community that has very nice parks, restaurants, and natural preserves. Beautiful part of Florida.

Loved the stay and most thankful. We have been coming to southside condos for 30-40 years. The countertops are all being replaced. New towels are most needed!! And absorbent dish towels and wash rags. We look forward to the master shower being modified. Otherwise excellent. Love the location and the furniture in family room, and natural linens.

Home away from home!

Everything about his condo was absolutely perfect! The condo was tastefullly decorated, it included every possible amentity needed and the beach and ocean view was absolutley amazing!!!! The no-drive beach is perfect for running, walking, biking etc. Brianna literally made my whole entire experience effortless from start to finish! She was extremely kind and prompt when responding to any of my questions. Hands down, Brianna is the best host! I am so thankful Brianna is kind enough to share this beautiful location! I can't wait to come back!!!!

Beautiful condo, great location!

We loved this place! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Check in process was smooth, communication with the owner was effortless. Beach was great, and so was the pool! The only negative thing I can say is that there is construction going on. We did get a heads-up from the owner about the handy man stopping by, so we were there when he stopped. One day we came back from the pool to find a guy in condo cleaning windows (unannounced) . We had left our personal item there, so it made us a little uneasy. Other than that it was great! We hope to go back again one day!
