Main Living Space: Spacious, open floor plan with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 60” HDTV flat screen television.



Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more.



Outdoor Space: Covered patio with seating and propane grill. Back yard and driveway.



Master Bedroom: Queen sized bed, private bathroom, large closet.



Guest Bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.



Long term guests are welcome, but we require mid stay cleanings. We may require a deposit as well.



If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.



This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given



Small/Medium size pets (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit.



We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door, above the garage and on the back patio area. They do not look into any interior spaces. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the camera or any other aspect of your stay, please feel free to reach out.

Close to interstate.



Other Things to Note:

- A security deposit is required as part of your reservation. This will be processed as a temporary hold on the credit card on file, rather than a charge. The hold will be released after check-out, provided there are no damages or additional charges.



- No smoking



- PETS - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). We may require a refundable pet deposit.



- No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Must be at least 21 years old to book



- Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- We require a deposit for guests hosting their "crew" or "company".



- We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area.
