This beautiful, brand new contemporary condo has a completely unobstructed view of beautiful lands end. It is perfectly located 5 minutes from the famous Medano Beach and downtown Cabo. Experience ALL the amazing things Cabo has to offer by getting out of the resorts and into the fabulous city of Cabo San Lucas. Sit and relax on the patio and look at the beautiful view of the tip of Baja California Sur, Cabo’s iconic arch. Inside the private, gated community you have a fully stocked home with everything you need to have an amazing trip to Cabo. There are beautiful pools right on the property and close by in the neighborhood there are many five-star restaurants. Staying here makes it easy to check out local shops, cafes, and restaurants or simply sit, relax and soak up that famous perfect weather and Cabo slow pace. Everything you need is right here.

PROPERTY: guests have full access to the swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, club house facilites, full gym, and game room. One covered underground parking space.

BEACHES: 5 minutes West to famous Medano beach, 10 minutes East to Playa Santa Maria for snorkeling. 15 minutes East to Playa Chileno a peaceful, quiet, local favorite. You must experience them all!

This condo is fabulous! The view is so amazing, we spent time on the terrace every evening watching the sunset. The host has a storage box in the parking area with beach chairs and umbrellas, as well as a small cooler for spending time at all of the public beaches. In addition, the condo is well stocked, in fact, better than any rental we've experienced. They even have binoculars to catch a glimpse of migrating whales. I am picky, and I highly recommend this condo. The location is great, and the hosts are very communicative. I felt very much at home. We will be back.

Anne communicates quickly and efficiently and is just an amazing host! The unit was clean and one of the most well stocked places we have had the pleasure to stay at - and you can purchase your groceries right across the street. Glass sliding doors open to the large balcony with stunning sunrise AND sunset views. If you are there during the Christmas/New Years timeframe, the whale watching is a joy to the eye and the fireworks were fun to watch from both directions. Salvatore G's is a great Italian restaurant choice at the Marina/Medano Beach with huge portions and please do the Full Glass boats to the Arch! If you are there during sea turtle release season, its a must do with Cabo Outfitters. They pickup and deliver you right at the gates. Everything you need for a spectacular vacation.

Beautiful views

Every room feels like your own private retreat. The balcony is to die for! Grocery store and Costco next door for anything you might need. The hosts are amassing and responsive to any request. We WILL be back!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. I came in with friends for my birthday and Anne was out of this world. Communication was quick and efficient and she made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. Staff around the property were equally as professional and very kind. The place was spacious, clean, with amazing amenities and omg the view!!! I hope to be able to book again many more times. Absolutely loved my stay.

The view of the beach is stunning. Beautiful sunsets & sunrise views. Costco is next door. El Medano beach and the nightlife is a quick Uber ride away. The home is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The pictures are very accurate.

Beautiful and well-appointed Condo

The owners of this condo went all out to make our stay the best! The condo is outfitted with EVERYTHING you could need!! I mean everything. And the furnishings are stylish and comfortable, with beautiful ocean view of the arches!! Would definitely book this spacious 3 bdrm unit again if I returned to Cabo with friends or family,

We have had the best stay. Beginning with the host. Very helpful to answer all my questions. The condo was beautiful and spacious. We spent most of the time sitting on the deck. For several days we could see the whales. It is not far from Walmart and Costco. Quick Uber ride to the marina area. You won’t regret your stay here.

So many VRBOs to choose from in Cabo, how do you get lucky and fine the best place available? You pick and hope you get a good place. We got lucky, this place is amazing. Watching whales from a distance each morning on the deck, being able to see both the sunset and sunrise (in January), everything you need for a day at one of their two pools within the gated community. Anne was available to answer all of our questions including what beaches, restaurants, and airport transportation you need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ample kitchen and living room space and decorated perfectly. We will be back every year going forward. Best VRBO ever for us.

A beautiful condo with an amazing patio

This is a really nice condo and it is very clean and well kept. Anne was very good at communicating instantly whenever we asked a question. The only complaint I had was that the stove and oven were very weak. They take a long time to heat up and if you are used to a gas cooktop you will be disappointed. Outside of that the place was amazing. The view from the patio was outstanding. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Condo

This beautiful condo is in pristine condition, and we loved it. The pictures of the pool area do not do it justice. Colorful flowers border the pool area, and the grounds are well-maintained.The location was satisfactory. It was convenient to call an Uber, and it was a short distance to the marina.We loved the outside deck where we could watch all the ocean vessels. There is a great view of the sunrise and sunset, which is amazing!If is a drawback, it would have to be the Costco located adjacent to the property. Unfortunately, their receiving dock is right next to the property, causing a bit of a noise disturbance.The inside of this condo is very quiet. Noise does not travel between the bedrooms and the other areas. if you are a light sleeper, Master suite 2 is very quiet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner and control.If we decide to vacation in Cabot San Lucas, we would come back to this condo for sure.
