Comfortable and very spacious home with private entrance, deck and grill that includes a fenced in yard all within 15 minute walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, brewery, distillery, hiking trails and more. A separate basement section of the home houses Pure Connection massage therapy.
Katherine's home was a great find in Skagway. Away from the crowds in downtown but still close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops. The backyard was great for our pups and the house had everything we needed, plus more. It was a great stay at the end of a long road trip.
We had a wonderful stay at the house, and appreciated the decor, amenities, cleanliness, and location. There were so many thoughtful details that added to our comfort and enjoyment. In addition, the host's communication was excellent, and contributed greatly to our experience.
The location was great. Exactly as advertised. Katherine was quick to respond to any queries. Hightly recommend this locstion if you are planning to stay in Skagway.
Great house in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from downtown. Wonderful house with everything you need in the kitchen - Katherine was an amazing host. Thank you!
Our Home was clean and as advertised. It was very accommodating, especially having a washef and dryer on site. Communication with the owner could have been better, but she works onsite and could be reached if necessary. All in All, a nice setting in an absolutely beautiful area.
Katherine was a wonderful hostess. Her home has a relaxing vibe and is spotless. The beds are comfortable. I loved the soft bath towels and floor mats. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for a longer stay in Skagway. Great trip!
Very comfortable and roomy. Large living room and dining room for visiting and lounging. Host covers numerous streaming services on T.V. Kitchen dishes & glasses are generous. Nice deck at the back to enjoy the garden. Quiet at night.
Stayed two nights in this comfy home while visiting Whitehorse for a family wedding. Two families stayed here as we joined the cruise ship community for a day-long White Pass & Yukon train trip all the way to Carcross with a stop on Bennett Lake, one of the few Yukon historical places we had not been to before. House was comfy, well appointed and comfortable for our larger group. Great space!
The house itself served its purpose for our group of 6. There are a few items that would be worth fixing/replacing such as the beds, the couches, and more than 1skillet to name a few. We were appreciative of a place to accommodate all 6 of us⊠the washer and dryer was nice.
Great place to stay and great host! Even though it officially sleeps 6, we are a family of 7 and Katherine had an extra blow-up bed all ready for us when we arrived . Itâs not super close to downtown, but definitely walkable. We walked literally everywhere in town multiple times. The kitchen is spacious and the back yard is adorable. My only negatives are that the bed in the larger bedroom is very very hard, and dealing with only one bathroom can get a little gnarly with 6-7 people. But really, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Well equipped kitchen; walking distance to shops and restaurants; good wifi connection and tv channels. We could not have asked for better accommodations. I have already recommended it to others.
