Quintessential Cape Cod home located in the much sought after Wrinkle Point community! This lovely home sleeping 6 boasts a light and bright living area that overflows into the dining area with vaulted ceiling. The renovated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island overlooking both the living and dining area. This one level home features three bedrooms and a full size bathroom equipped with tub/shower combination accessible in the main hallway. For those bringing bikes, owner allows use of outdoor shed for storage!

Popular West Dennis beach is located only .8 mile away from the home and just .4 mile to a shared private river beach and playground with kayaking paddle launch onto Bass River.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer (accessible through basement bulkhead), dishwasher, enclosed outside shower and gas grill.

This charming home is newly renovated, open concept kitchen/living space, super clean with beautiful landscaping. I would suggest an additional seating for the living room and dining room table, especially for a family of 4.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great experience! Lots of space inside and out. Great location, quiet area. A lot of counter space too. Few negatives but manageable - Bathroom is very narrow so anyone that’s on the larger side might have a hard time. The vacuum didn’t work that well which was a challenge with the amount of sand.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I used to own property in the same vicinity with lots of friends and love this property because it’s in the same area. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, has shade in the backyard and close walk to the beach. I want to note a few things: 1) the queen mattress is a bit uncomfortable and noisy even when sitting on 2) there were no steak knives and only one sauce pan and only 3 dining room chairs. Besides those few things, we love the home! We did have a couple issues during our stay and Martha Murray staff was so prompt in responding and remedying the problems. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day , the cleaning of the house wasn't up to power , I had to clean the shower which had bugs in it and hair in the drain. Wash the rugs from bathroom and bedroom which were dirty ,never washed. I didn't expect to spend my first day of vacation cleaning this house? The AC broke down second day , we were away all day , came back to 78 inside house on the hot 80 day outside .Called the emergency number for Martha Murray and got a fast response call back , finally the AC went on and did stay on the rest of the week after maintenance came out next day. The house has all the amenities inside you need. The big back yard has no outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy outside on . It could have 2-4 Adirondack chairs there. The property shows well .

I met Joe the caretaker who explained to me that the home was owned by the Cavicci family who I knew when I was a kid and we lived at 80 Garfield Lane. I would like to rent this same home for next summer.
