Great location.

We had a good trip to The Villages, FL. Relaxing, not too hot, a little cloudy. Maybe next year go a little earlier to enjoy the sun more.

Everything was perfect. The place was as advertised; very clean and had everything I needed. I would recommend this for short or long stays. I plan on checking back at this place next time I plan a trip!!😎🏌‍♂️

Great place. Nicely decorated, had everything we needed (except hair dryer). Clean and very comfortable! We would definitely come back here!

We really had a very fantastic stay in this beautifully kept home. The location is perfect for golf, swimming and any activity either to the north or south. A very clean and quiet home with a golf cart for transportation. Mom and dad joined us for a couple of days, 85 & 89 yr old, and they each loved the home. Thank You!!

Great location halfway beaten 466 and 466A. Behind the Sea Breeze Rec Center, close to Cane Garden CC. Two miles from Sumter Landing and three miles from Brownwood. Pools nearby and many executive golf courses. Loved the location.

The restaurants were great and the music in the squares was awesome!! Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Down Home Properties were were great all through the entire process!!

Property in great location. We mopped the floor, upon arrival, as it was not clean. The refrigerator had to be repaired and it took about 10 dsys.

Primary bed hard

There was an issue with fan in primary that never was addressed after I called & left message. The primary bed was EXTREMELY hard and my husband & I ended up sleeping in 2nd bdr, queen bed better but was short. Area was nice, very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect location between Lake Sumter and Brownwood town squares, and near bunches of golf courses. Down Home Property Management provided good support by communicating with the homeowner when issues arose. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with all of the pots/pans needed. The beds were comfortable! There were a few issues that were resolved during our stay: the washing machine and the master shower head were replaced. All in all, it was a decent place to stay, and we would probably stay there again.
