We enjoyed a wonderful week! The location is ideal with easy access to the beach and fantastic views from the deck. A great way to start and end each day overlooking Madaket harbor. We also enjoyed kayaking in the harbor.

Ideal Madaket Beach House

This home is in a great and quiet location within walking distance of Madaket Harbor, beach, Millie's, the bike path and more! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for 2 couples, an infant and one dog. The upper deck has amazing water and sunset views that can't be beat! We hope to be back next summer.

Truly a blessing to know there are still kind, considerate, good and gracious people in the world. It was an amazing stay. The host gave amazing recommendations and the property manager also gave amazing suggestions. The property was pristine and the house was amazing. More than we needed. Cozy, calm , and everything wonderful. Every amenity you could need. Walking distance to amazing sights. Short driving distances to food and beverage. We've been away too long and now know where we need to stay in the future. 10 out of 10!

Perfect in every way!

We have visited Nantucket and stayed in Madaket four times. This is the best property to date. Plenty of room with three bedrooms and three full baths. The deck is lovely with views of the oceanside and the bayside. From the second floor the ocean can be seen from every room! Everything was clean and in great working order. Communication between the owner and the property manager and us was excellent - both were easy to reach and very approachable. The owner took great care in sharing insider information about the island. We can’t wait to visit again next year.

High School Reunion

% of us stayed for the weekend and had a fabulous time! We cooked for breakfast and dinner and everything we great. The views and all the windows were so beautiful. Walked to the beach. Just loved it!! thanks!

Everything we could ever ask for!

The owner has taken exceptional care to provide every detail for a most enjoyable week in tranquility. The views are spectacular from the upstairs deck. Such a peaceful spot to enjoy my morning coffee! The kitchen had everything imaginable for cooking all our meals.

Quintessential Beach House

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect home or location for our family vacation. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Smith's Point is so peaceful and full of natural beauty. The house was a short walk to expansive Madaket Beach. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer than our two weeks. Would never rent anywhere else on the Island in the future. Still talking about it to all our friends and can't wait to share our photo album full of glorious pictures.
