We invite you to kick back, relax and enjoy your time away in this tastefully chic, heated pool home. Whether you are coming for a long weekend or extended stay, this retreat has been thoughtfully stocked with all the modern conveniences you are accustomed to. Pack the clubs, as Venice East golf course is less than a mile up the road. Throw the towels and sunscreen in a bag and hit the gorgeous, white sand beaches of the Gulf. Unique shopping and dining experiences to be had on Venice Island.
We want you to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Just a phone call or text away if you need anything.
Residential neighborhood in the heart of Venice. Please be mindful of noise. Parties are not permitted. Beach is 7 miles away. Golfing is .7 miles. Park the car on Venice Island and explore. Great shopping and dining experiences about. Live music, farmer's market, art shows, tennis....all right at hand. Mi Pueblo, Darrell's, Daquiri Deck, Sharkey's, Word of Mouth, Luna are some our favorite spots. Bogey's is a great sports bar. Detweiller's will not disappoint for grocery shopping. The ice cream and Lobster Roll are a must try.
The home has a keypad for entry. The keypad code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.
Ring doorbell at front enyry door.
Throw open the window coverings and the home fills with rejuvenating, natural light. The beautifully upgraded kitchen serves and the focal point of the space. Equipped with all the cooking essentials including a Keurig in place for your morning fix. Seating for 4 around the dining room table but most of your meals will surely be outside. The backyard is amazing. Fully fenced for privacy and plenty of areas poolside to soak up the sun. Swim year around as the pool is heated. $20 nightly pool fee applies during the cooler months. POOL HEAT MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DESIRED START TIME. Fire up the propane grill, blend the coladas and float the day away. Cozy up on the couch as the day unwinds watching your favorite shows. Wi-Fi and cable in place. Retire peacefully in the comfortable queen sized bed and the kids will enjoy the bunks in bedroom 2. Extra pull out twin mattress under the bunk. Dedicated desk space in the bonus room for those working remotely. Full access to the garage with washer and dryer for your convenience. The garage door has no opening system so if you wish to use the space you would need to put door up and down manually.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.
Single car space in garage, overhead door must be lifted manually. It is small so will not accommodate an oversized vehicle. Plenty of driveway. No restrictions on boats, trucks, motorcycles or RV's.
Effective for reservations booked after June 17, 2021:
$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the following list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. Please review the following list in advance.
TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location
9. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
10. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.
11. Please make sure all windows and doors are locked.
12. Please lock the front door and return the keys to the lockbox (as applicable) if you have removed them. Please make sure the garage door is completely closed.
13. Place the garage remote and the spare key (if applicable) on the kitchen counter.
*Charges will incur as a result of lost or missing keys and/or remotes.
** We thank you in advance for your assistance. If all of the tasks are completed, the agreed-upon cleaning fee return will be initiated within 7 days.
*** Please sign both pages. We require that the signature is of the party that made the reservation. If not signed by that person, the return cannot be provided.
