The Space:
LIVING SPACE:
As you walk through the front glass double doors into the home you will immediately feel like you are in paradise. The quaint entryway boasts classic coastal décor welcoming you to Florida! Relax in the airy concept living space with an oversized sectional couch the perfect place to read a book or gather as a group to watch a movie on the Smart TV. A fun & funky accent chair offers additional seating in the living room while the palm leaf ceiling fan accents the true island décor.
The large living space also features a formal dining area with a classic round dining table seating up to 5 guests. If you are doing any entertaining with the group, youâll find a bar cart just behind the dining area to mix up your favorite cocktail or put a bottle of bubbly on ice. Directly behind the dining space is the laundry room for added storage or to utilize the washer & dryer during your stay.
The large sliding glass doors in the living room allow the sunshine to dance through the room as well as provide direct access to the enclosed Florida sunroom. Kick your feet up & enjoy views of the canal from the comforts of the sunroom featuring a wicker outdoor living set with plenty of side tables to place your drink down or have a snack nearby. The sunroom also has a swinging daybed, the perfect place to curl up for an afternoon nap. You can leave the windows closed to keep things cool in the climate-controlled sunroom or you are welcome to open the windows to feel the Tradewinds blow through.
KITCHEN:
From the dining room step into the fully equipped chefâs style kitchen. If you don ât walk to a nearby restaurant, you will have everything you need to prepare any meal with ample counter space, a large fridge, electric stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & dishwasher for easy cleanup. Top-of-the-line cookware, utensils, dishes, & glassware are available to serve your meals. And in the morning brew a nice cup of joe with the Keurig K Cup coffee machine.
If you are grabbing a quick bite to eat, 3 bar top seats are available at the peninsula island, or eat with a view at the 2-person bistro table in the breakfast nook in front of the large windows facing the canal. From the kitchen nook, you will also have access through the double glass doors out to the sunroom.
BEDROOMS:
The 2,100 sq ft canal front home features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests.
The primary bedroom allows you to completely escape with a luxury, hotel-quality King-sized bed boasting a classic island design. The room features a Smart TV, 2 bedside tables & a large dresser allowing you to unpack making it feel like home. This room has direct, private access to the sunroom overlooking the water & has a personal ensuite bathroom with a large vanity & a luxury walk-in shower featuring a footstep & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.
Bedroom #2 is beach themed complete with a cozy queen-sized bed, a dresser, a closet, mirrored closet doors & a large window allowing the sun to brighten up the room.
Bedroom #3 has a delightful coastal design with a queen bed complimented by a wicker headboard & a large dresser to make yourself at home.
All bedrooms feature high-quality linens, luxurious mattresses & and top-of-the-line pillows to ensure a restful nightâs sleep during your stay.
The second bathroom in the home is complete with a seaside design, a large vanity, shower/tub combo, hotel-quality towels & complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
OUTSIDE:
If you arrive with your own vehicle there is an attached two-car garage available for parking with an additional 2 spots in the driveway. As you drive up you will be greeted by a classic Gulf Coast home with lots of tropical vegetation and palm trees welcoming you to paradise.
In the back of the home, you can walk out from the sunroom to the small landing to utilize the propane BBQ to grill up something to eat or head down to your private dock to hang out in the sun in the wicker chairs. If you rented a boat or brought your own, feel free to tie it up at your private boat dock behind the home or pick up the rest of your group. At this time the boat lift cannot be used.

Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the home via a keyless entry lock. A unique code will be sent to you prior to check in so you do not need to worry about keeping track of a key during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Marco Island is home to unforgettable experiences & you will be in the heart of it all, accessible by foot, bike or car! Pack up the group & head to Tigertail Beach to rent a kayak or paddleboard, go fishing or rent a beach cabana to laze the day away in the sun. The beach has a wonderful playground & a café in case you need a snack & it is only .6 miles away, or a 4 min walk.
On the island enjoy world-class restaurants & go shopping at The Shops of Olde Marco (2.3 miles) or Rose Marina Esplanade Shoppes, a charming Italian-style village on Smokehouse Bay (1.2 miles). If you are staying with us on a Wednesday experience the top-notch Marco Island Farmers market (1.7 miles) showcasing fresh foods & handmade artwork to truly highlight the island.
Outdoor activities are endless including the Frank E. Mackle Community Park (3.1 miles), Residentsâ Beach (1.8 miles), Capri Paddlecraft Park (4.3 miles), & BluWater Jet Ski Rentals (4.0 miles). Only a bike ride away your offshore options increase if you head to Olde Marco which features lots of waterfront restaurants, scuba diving tours, dinner cruises, & local tours. You can also rent a boat or take a water taxi to Keeywadin Island to walk the pristine, untouched beaches. No need to pack a lunch, munch on some snacks from the food boats that come to the island.
If you want to experience the unique wildlife in the area explore the unspoiled Rookery Bay National Estuarine Reserve (1.4 Miles), the Otter Mount Preserve (5.5 miles), the Briggs Nature Center (7.9 miles), or explore the Coilier-Seminole State Park (13.4 Miles) for a long nature walk, narrated boat rides, fishing & more!

Outside of the Island, only 30 minutes away, Naples offers even more activities to choose from to craft an unforgettable trip. If you are flying in the Southwest Florida International Airport is 55 min from our home.
Getting Around:
Live the island lifestyle here on Marco Island using bicycles or golf carts, available for rent, as your inter-island transportation. The island is only 6 miles around and very easy to navigate by car, foot, or bike with the beach and many restaurants only a short distance away. If you rent a car or drive to the island the home features a 2-car garage with 2 parking spots also available in the driveway. There is also a CAT Transportation bus system on the island that can take guests to destinations throughout Collier County. Taxi Airport transportation & rental car options are available from Southwest Florida International Airport, 55 min from the house.
Other Things to Note:
This is a very quiet residential street, where your neighbors live and work, so no parties or events of any kind. Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
No Pets Allowed
Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.)
All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
No more than 6 guests allowed in home including visitors.
Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.
Parking for up to 4 cars maximum. No street parking is allowed at any time.
Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property â These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
