Sitting on hole 7 with panoramic views of the course, this 4bd, 3bath, open concept floor plan is just a 6-minute drive to Pinehurst Village and 8-minute drive to Lake Pinehurst.
With two large living areas, an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, the home is great for families, small events, couples getaways, retreats, and weekends with friends.
Located on a cul-de-sac between Pinehurst courses 3 and 5, the quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing landscape while the home is the perfect open concept floor plan for entertaining.
Two bedrooms upstairs with king beds, full bathrooms, one shared. One bedroom downstairs with two queen beds and a private bathroom. Living spaces with TV's upstairs and downstairs. Bonus bedroom downstairs with a double bed plus a double with a twin bunk.
Blow up mattress with pillows, topper, sheets and a comforter available on-site as needed.
