Perfect for a family gathering or group trip, our rustic townhome is a 5-minute walk from The Village at Mammoth and The Village Gondola. During the summer, the property is a 5-minute walk from the Lakes Basin bike path and beautiful Sierra Star Golf Course. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there is more than enough space for family and friends. Both the master and bunk room have an ensuite bath, with one full-sized shared bathroom. All 3 bedrooms are cozy and spacious with flat-screen TVs. After a day on the slopes, relax near the wood-burning fireplace in our spacious living room, or unwind in the communal hot-tub and sauna. Enjoy the southern sun from the outdoor patio overlooking the mountains and cook a family-style meal using our full kitchen and outdoor bbq. Watch our 75" TV, play board games or catch up on emails using our high-speed internet (100MBPS). Parking is very convenient and located just outside our front door. If you can't travel without your pup, please be aware that we allow dogs for a small pet fee. Our place offers it all!

Great location, comfortable condo

Beautiful three bedroom condo walking distance to the village, brewery, bluesapalooza, and local walking/biking paths. Accommodating to pets. Really comfortable for the whole family (we were 4 adults, a dog, and a baby!) . We had a wonderful time and would come again. Thanks so much!

Great Getaway

Went to Mammoth for Mother’s Day with my family and small dog. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this location. The layout was fabulous with each bedroom having a bathroom to use. The upstairs was very open and welcoming, and the balcony had a lovely view of the snow covered mountains, I would definitely return. Property management was very responsive. The only issue we had was the community Jacuzzi wasn’t working but once we reported it, we heard back from management very quickly about the situation and they were more than accommodating.

Don’t expect a refund during a blizzard!

The place was nice. Gondola was closed though and that was why we chose this place. Kitchen lights were awful. $250 cleaning fee and $161 other fee is excessive and misleading. Allow pets but charge extra to clean pet fur!? But the ONE STAR review is because originally I booked for February 27-March1. Roads were closed throughout all of these days (reports from CalTrans) and severe risk to life and property reported with advise to NOT travel. These fools refused to offer refund. We will NEVER rent from you or your management company. Terrible business ethic.

Lovely cabin stay!

A great find! The cabin had plenty of room for 6 of us without feeling crowded. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The updated bathrooms were a plus, water was nice and hot. Host was very responsive with any questions we had. About a 10 min walk to the village gondola. Thanks for a great stay!

Very cute condo, clean and cozy. Plenty of space for several people, good layout in the living room with plenty of seating. Located close to the village. Only downside is the parking lot during this heavy snow season. The main road is plowed daily but is a steep and blind drive with the tall snow walls. The condo parking is uphill and this driveway was not routinely cleared which can be a problem for those with cars that have low clearance.

Hello! We're Gillian and Valerie, the property manager for this condo. We've been living in town since the early 2000s and know all the ins and outs of the area. We love the outdoors and everything that the Eastern Sierra offers. Christine and David are the owners, and they welcome you to enjoy their unit when they aren't using it themselves.

We love this property for its spaciousness and ability to host a group of people comfortably. The location, being nearby the Village, is great in both winter and summer and we spend a lot of time enjoying the surrounding area.
