With a fully stocked kitchen, cozy king-size bed, a fire pit perfect for stargazing, and thoughtful touches throughout, this cabin will quickly feel like your home away from home.

What’s Inside:

Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, comfy pillows, and glass sliding doors leading to a large covered porch. Rest easy with provided linens and enjoy your favorite shows on the large-screen TV.
Living Room: Kick back on the oversized couch and chair in the cozy living room. The unique live-edge wood dining bar offers a charming touch, while the large-screen smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player are perfect for your evening entertainment. Don’t forget to bring your Netflix password!
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare meals with ease in the kitchen, featuring a full-size stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, utensils, sharp knoves and a Keurig K-cup and drip coffee maker (with starter coffee and K-cups provided).
Bathroom: Enjoy a refreshing shower in the full bathroom, complete with towels, washcloths, and a hairdryer under the sink.
Child-Friendly: We offer a Pack and Play crib upon request, making it a great choice for families traveling with little ones.
Outdoors:

Relax on the large covered porch with ceiling fans, or enjoy a meal on the outside dining table to enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.
4 Person Hot Tub on the covered porch. We even provide robes and slippers!
Fire Pit: Enjoy cozy evenings by the fire with 4 chairs around the twinkling fire pit, the perfect spot to stargaze on clear nights. (Please note: firewood is not provided, but you can purchase it locally at nearby gas stations. Marshmallow sticks are provided!)

We do require a Renter Agreement to be signed and completed before check in. You will not receive check in instructions until it is received.
$250.00 Security deposit to be held on customers credit card 3 days before check in. You will receive an external link through your booking platform to set this up.
This is similiar to what happens when you check into a hotel.
This is a HOLD and NOT a charge. You will only be charged if you damage the property or smoke in the home.


This property will be decorated for Christmas in mid to late November.

PLEASE READ!

Before you pack up and head to the mountains, know that when we say mountains, we really mean it!
Dillsboro NC elevation starts at 1,975 feet. Think of this as your starting point. If you want to get a beautiful mountain view, you gotta climb some mountains. Mountain roads are typically gravel, steeper, narrower and curvier than you may be use to driving. This is all part of our charm.
We do have one big hill to get up. It is gravel. We regularly drive a Hyundai Sonata up. While AWD and 4X4 vehicles make everything easier they are not required. Maintain an even speed (10mph) going up and you should have no issues.

Items NOT provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, items of a personal nature. We do supply hand soap, dish soap, and starter laundry items.

Please note this is a SMOKE FREE property. Ashtrays are provided outside on the porch. If the home smells of smoke, you may lose part or all of your damage deposit for additional cleaning & odor removal.

*****This property is located off US 74 in a curve. You will hear road noise while outside. While it is not obtrusive it is noticeable, but we think the convenient location makes up for this.

*****This is a DOG friendly property, however we ask that you bring a kennel for your pet if you plan on leaving him/her alone at the house. We do charge a $45 non refundable fee for bringing your pet. If you are bringing your dog YOU MUST select the pet option at checkout. If you do not it will be taken from your damage deposit. DOGS ONLY
