Unveiled in 2023, Argent is the crown jewel of Deer Valley's Empire Pass. Just 50ft from the Silver Strike ski lift, our ultra-luxury condo offers an unrivaled alpine experience. Bask in lavish lodge amenities, including an outdoor spa pool, expansive fitness center, ski valet, and an enticing aprĂšs-ski. Begin your day with a pre-ski breakfast, enjoy rounds at our two-lane bowling alley, or unwind by the outdoor fire pit. In the summer, walk out to breathtaking hiking and biking escapades.
Superior accommodations, amenities, and ski experience or spring/summer/fall hiking/biking experience at Deer Valley in Empire Pass. In the winter, you'll beat the crowds on a powder day as most people are getting on the mountain at Snow Park or Silver Lake. You usually don't have any issue with early or late-season skiing, as the snow is so good up this high.

This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and a Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, rated a beginner (green) trail, so any skiing ability will get you home!
Argent is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths.
The appointments in the bedroom suites:
Master bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming. Amazon Echo Show. Huge walk-in closet. Automated privacy and room-darkening shades. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, T3 ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor.
