Just five minutes from lively Montague Avenue, youâll be close to the best of Park Circleâlocal breweries, pubs, galleries, and top-rated restaurants are all within easy reach. When itâs time to head home, enjoy the convenience of a two-car garage and a roomy private driveway with space for more.
Inside, youâll love the fresh mid-century modern design, open layout, and cozy U-shaped sofa facing a large Smart TVâperfect for movie nights. The bright, fully equipped kitchen seats eight and makes it easy to whip up meals or enjoy takeout together.
Upstairs, all four bedrooms are fitted with king beds and flat-screen TVs. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with a reading nook, TV, and ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
