Enjoy walking distance to Big Boulder Lake and Mountain from this spacious townhome. This peaceful retreat offers prime access to all the best of the Poconos and comes furnished for family-friendly comfort, with highlights including a game room and private deck complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill.

After the day's adventures, unwind around the living room fireplace while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV or head down to the game room for a few rounds of air hockey. You'll also find a full-size fridge and a second living area featuring an additional smart TV downstairs for happy hour entertainment. When it's time to eat, the kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking, and there's plenty of seating between the dining table and the breakfast bar.

Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The basement-level suite comes furnished for standalone convenience, with a separate entrance, bathroom, and sitting area. All four bedrooms are equipped with a TV for added flexibility.

Things to Know
4 free Big Boulder Lake Club passes are included upon renting this home and allow guests to access the pool, beach, and lake. Guests will need to pay an additional $25 for any extra passes beyond the two that are provided.
This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Responsive local management. There was a water issue in the area - we lost all water for a day - out of their control, but the local management did what they could to assist us and were very helpful. Overall the place was good. Great location and as described. Game room was unheard.

Check-in was easy. Parking was good. Great view of the lake and slopes. Rooms were good sized and layout was great. Kitchen was very short on drinking glasses, no pot holders, only one small pot for pasta. Bathrooms were fine. Location was very convenient to Big Boulder !!

Great place for a little ski trip!

Just minutes from Big Boulder Ski Resort. Nice and cozy. Lots of rooms for our families to stay together.

Very nice overall

We greatly enjoyed our stay. Being able to bring our dog was a wonderful bonus. The bathrooms were very clean and the towels were good quality. One draw back were the mattresses. They were very thin and squeaky minus the master which was comfortable. I greatly appreciate the quick responses and polite interaction with the Vacasa team. I would absolutely rent another Vacasa property. Great experience.

Great location & spacious!

Easy checking in process. Very cozy and spacious. Does have partial view of the lake and nice view of the sky slope mountains. Very enjoyable having coffee in the morning out on the patio deck.

We enjoyed our stay

House was comfortable and big enough for a family gateway. Kitchen has everything needed to cook family meals. Bathroom were well stocked. We enjoyed walking down to the lake. We would return.

great quiet place

i can’t imagine anyone having a bad stay here. the house is huge and spacious. the beds and couches were comfortable and the tvs are new and updated. linens and towels are provided and they were clean and fresh. there was even a speaker and a phone charger! the outdoor pillows for the couch were clean. property is exactly as described and pictures. the property is also located close to everything including the pool, the lake beach and restaurants

Poorly Maintained

The property is poorly maintained. broken hand rails, missing smoke detectors, damaged playroom equipment. Almost all the blinds were completely inoperable so you could not enjoy the view as they were stuck down. Patio furniture was broken. Living room furniture was filthy and worn out.

Don't let the photos fool you, old and dirty !

This house is old, dirty walls, furniture, squeaky old beds that kept people awake, a kitchen that has no decent pots and what they do have is burnt and unusable. They have 2 teaspoons, chipped up dishes, few glasses. The dust and cobwebs on light over dining table was disgusting. The wicker chairs on deck have huge holes and filthy cushions.. Don't set your heart on playing air hockey, it's broken. We lost our whole second day of vacation staying home as there were no parking passes and stickers were placed on our cars from security who threatened to tow us away. It took most of the afternoon and several call to get this problem and it only happened after I told the management company that I would sue the owner if one car got towed. This is a run down home with dirty furniture, dirty walls, dirt under beds, terribly stocked kitchen with chipped dishes and about three drinking glasses. I would not recommend this house to anybody, the owners need to pay it a visit, they should be embarrassed unless they are only about the money!

The secuery show up til 12 to just tell me that my extra cars need a pass and the Towing truck was coming so i said why i told and ask feo my passes and the property owner said to wait the call was like at 5:30pm and he said someone will come androp the passes and the security was like they dont care they will town ur car so he was teying to fet money from us then when i said i will call the owner he changed story he said hoooo wait i will call the owners and let then know not to call the towing on you 😡😡😡 I said i can do ti my self they he gave me the passes 5 hrs of my vacation outside taking turns with my kids so the cars wont get town worse experience ever and scary because the please is dark I will nver stay in this property again im sorry the owner was nice but the incident did gave me a stress that got to me because one of my kids arrive on sat a day after so i didnt do nothing til she got there i was already afraid and plate ware broken my 3 year old granddaughter cut her little finger and i found out her finger was cut my 9 year old said mom the plate was broken and it was true like 4 plates broken edges so sad 😭
