This apartment was comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located (walking distance) to all of the Akron sights and attractions we wanted to hit. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!
Easy check-in, the instructions for the stay were easy to understand and follow. We love the charm of an older house, but the bathroom can use updating to be safer: ie., countertop with a sink for toilettries, love the clawfoot tub, but for guests there should be a walk-in shower instead.
This is our second time staying here, and this place will stay on our list for future visits! The upstairs unit was clean and tidy and was a good fit for our needs.
I recently stayed at this property during a road trip with my dogs. During our stay, we found the apartment to be quite basic in terms of kitchen supplies, which made cooking a bit challenging due to the limited utensils and cookware available. Additionally, the linens could have been a bit fresher to ensure maximum comfort. The apartment also has a steep staircase, which might be a bit challenging for some guests. Overall, itâs a good option, but there are a few areas that could be improved for future guests.
I just stayed here for a night to go to a concert in Akron, and this was a very nice place to stay. I traveled alone and it's the perfect size for one person (or a couple/small family). easy check in, stairs are a factor of course. I enjoyed my stay here and I would recommend it for anyone who's trVeling solo and wants to stay in Akron!
Really cute little apartment on quite street a short walk from lots of fun bars and restaurants. A very short drive to downtown. If we come back to Akron we will try to stay here.
The apartment was perfect for a weekend stay. It was clean and cozy, with all the supplies we needed to cook and be comfortable. We visited Stan Hywett, and the house was a quick drive from there. We'll be back the next time we're on Akron.
Location was a bit dated, but overall met our needs well. It allowed us to explore Canton/Akron area as well as Cleveland. My wife, who is handicapped, found the tub/shower as well as the steps to the upstaiirs unit challenginging to say the least.
This place was located perfectly to all the different venues were needed to be at for the weekend. It was a bit cold when we got in, but the Property manager fixed it quickly. Cozy place, great neighborhood!
Unit is older and could use some updates, but everything we used worked as it should. Bed was super comfortable. Great place to stay for the show a blossom.
The place was clean and comfy. The bed is great and the pull out couch was decent even for an adult. We had plans in Cuyahoga National Park and Lake Eerie, and this was a super convenient base to stay! There were lots of little extras that were a nice touch to have, and the neighborhood is super quiet.
I booked this because I needed a reasonably priced place to stay for a night with my dog. The host was great to work with and the apartment is adorable. I already booked again for my next trip to Akron.
We had a lovely stay. The property is charming, in a fantastic neighborhood, and very comfortable. The Mustard Seed Cafe, 2 blocks away, has the best breakfasts! It would be helpful, however, to know about accessibility issues. My husband is recovering from knee surgery, and we found out after the fact that the apartment was on the second floor and the bathroom tub/shower was a little precarious for him. But if you are young and/or fit, no worries - it's a really nice place overall!!
