The Parsonage of Marshall is conveniently located half a block off Marshall’s main street with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Our home is also within blocks of 5 local churches and funeral home. The Parsonage is a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting Marshall for an event or leisure.
The Parsonage has a fully stocked kitchen and tasteful decor. Every effort has been made to ensure your comfort. Wi-Fi and entertainment provided.

Very comfortable and cozy home. Able to accommodate 3 adults and 9 kids ages 6-15 with minimal fuss. They love the house! Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if needed in the area.

Cozy

We rented the parsonage as an option for friends and family to stay while here for graduation. Check in/out was super easy. Our guests were happy with the location as well as the charm of the home. They definitely preferred this over staying at a hotel!

Very convenient location - close to restaurants, shopping, supermarkets. Easy to find and checkin. Plenty of towels, etc., good WiFi reception.

Comfortable, Thoughtful, and Charming Stay

We had a lovely time in this rental! The hosts were hands down the best I've ever worked with, warm and friendly. The space was adorable and comfortable, and welcoming to families. The house is within walking distance of much of the town, right in the heart of things. I would recommend this stay to anyone interested!

This was a great place to stay. The property owners were very helpful and promt with any communication. The house is beautifully renovated with all the amenities you need. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect little house!

We loved this house! We only had one night there passing through, and we would have loved to have stayed longer. It was seriously such a cute house and perfect for our family of six. Our kids loved the foosball table in the basement. We totally spaced on signing the guestbook. Definitely a great place to stay!

Ladies weekend

We loved the location and the decor of the home. We only had to walk across a driveway to eat at a restaurant and had plenty of beds/futons for the 10 of us. This would not be a good fit for anyone disabled but the hosts are very upfront about this prior to booking. We would stay again if in the area.

Excellent!

Our daughter got married at 5 Family Ranch so we stayed at this property with our adult children and a few friends. Paul and Ruth were great hosts. A wallet was left behind and they reached out right away and sent it back priority mail. The house was a great place to call “home base” with everything going on with the wedding. Highly recommend.

Comfort with character

The parsonage was such a beautiful home. The renovations done were amazing. We enjoyed the decor and ambiance of the home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location to town was great and we also enjoyed walking around as well as sitting in the outside sitting area. We had a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed their own space. My husband, who usually complains, said to make sure everyone knew that he loved it.

Wonderful home

Four 70 year old alumni of Southwest gathered in the Parsonage and loved it. Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Two small issues: the front door lock pad was hard to read and the locking mechanism was balky. Both toilet seats were loose. Both items were minor issues.

Paul & Ruth grew up in the Marshall area and now farm with their family a few miles out of town with their 7 children. They are active in the community and can usually be spotted at a school event, working on the farm, or enjoying the Marshall community.

The Parsonage is so incredibly convenient for travelers being just a few feet from the downtown Marshall activity. If you're looking for fun and entertainment, it's right out your door! Having 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is great for a family staying or a get-together with your friends. The beds are incredibly comfortable with memory foam mattresses and an abundance of linens and soft towels are available. Off street parking at the location is very convenient! It's clean, convenient, and you'll feel right at home.
