My friend and I were very happy with our stay here! Very comfy and the owners have provided what is needed. A quiet neighborhood. We loved the porch! We had a question and rhe owner responded quickly. Will be back! So nice to have flowers to welcome us!
I live here in Statesville and I rented this for my very special friends who came to visit us. They were extremely satisfied with the Elm St. property! And said that they would love to come back and stay there. So I will be using it again! Absolutely a nice little house. 5 stars for sure!
Our son's wedding was held at The Kinsleeshop Farm just 4 miles from the house. It was close so that we could easily and quickly get to the venue as needed throughout the weekend. This bungalow was perfect! It was well appointed with all the amenities you might need, so clean and comfortable and we loved the decor and art throughout the home. Located close to downtown we enjoyed a lovely walks in the mornings. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here agian.
We rented this home while in Statesville for a friendâs wedding â absolutely perfect in every way. Wonderful location, close enough to walk downtown to restaurants! The hosts have made sure to provide coffee, detergent, toiletries, and the beds and linens were very comfortable. Great stay! Thank you again.
This is a great house in a great location . It has modern elegance with historic charm. Much bigger than I expected. Beds were comfortable. House was clean. Easy to walk to downtown Statesville. Would stay here again when we visit next time.
Upon checking in, we found a personalized note on a vase of flowers. How special! The house is so nice, nicely decorated and in great location. Easy walk to downtown area. I would recommend this to anyone going to lake Norman but not wanting to stay in the mess of traffic in Mooresville. Downtown statesville has some great restaurants.
We stayed during a soccer tournament for my daughter. The Elm was the perfect spot to rest and rejuvenate in between games. The beds were very comfortable and the home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Morning coffee on the front porch is highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The Elm was wonderful! It has been restored and furnished to be a comfortable home with nothing left out. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful neighborhood and sitting on the big front porch in the afternoon. Our Scottie loved the fenced in backyard
We landed here as evacuees from Helene and this was a great place to rest, regroup, and restock. On our way home now back to WNC with a new generator, water, gas, and groceries.
This was our first stay with our 15 month old and she was so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Ron is great and we are looking forward to coming back.
This was our third stay at the Elm and was just as enjoyable as the first two. Ron and Cheryl are awesome hosts and have thought of every amenity you would need. The wrap around front porch is one of our favorite places to sit and play cards and watch the birds and squirrels. The house is always very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. It is very close to downtown also. Looking forward to our next visit!!
In-laws visited from Iowa and we wanted them to stay at a "home away from home" type house where they would feel comfortable staying. We could not have selected a more appropriate place. The owners are friends of ours and the most accommodating folks you will ever deal with. I highly recommend this house for your next stay in Statesville.
