3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom rustic contemporary Galena territory retreat. Main level houses wood-clad cathedral ceiling great room. Gas fireplace and open dining area that feeds to large kitchen with granite countertops. Spacious master bedroom with more wood-clad cathedral ceilings and master bath with whirlpool tub/shower. Walkout lower level feature 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy amazing views from the rear deck with gas grill and fire pit table or the airy 3 seasons room. Relax on the front porch or lower paver block patio. Close access to trail system that heads to the marina or the north cove of Lake Galena! Rental includes 6 keycards for access to the property owner's club with indoor & outdoor pools, fitness facility, pickleball, tennis, multisport gym and more. Located conveniently 10 minutes away from downtown Galena! Free highspeed WiFi internet- 1000Mbps. Four spaces are available for parking in the driveway. The fourth bed in the common area is a flip flop couch similar to a futon but built heavier duty. Sheets and pillows are available inside the flip flop when using it to sleep on. Please make sure to shut off outside porch lights and limit noise after 8 PM as the Territories is getting stricter about enforcing this.

Galena stay

It was a wonderful weekend getaway- having access to the Owners Club was even better. Kids enjoyed the game room and indoor pool. The property was as described in the profile. Wonderful memories with the family. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This home was very clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked which met all our needs. We spent most of our time in the sunroom. I would definitely recommend this home.

Nice house

Listing said hot tub, but no hot tub, just a jacuzzi tub. The house is very nice with a sun porch that we enjoyed. Also had a fire pit we used. Location very close to Galena.

Nice house in the Territory

Very clean, spacious home. Liked having the 2 living/sleeping levels for extended family. Snacks and water provided was a thoughtful touch by owner. Enjoyed use of the territory Owner’s pool in the very hot weather. Had a good time, overall.

Great place for families of all ages

As a family we enjoyed our time at this location. A couple of suggestions: Label the light switches. Provide more details about swimming at the club house and other activities available at the club house. Excellent place to stay. We would go back.

FANTASTIC

I cannot say enough about this property and the owner! Victor was extremely responsive to any questions we had all weekend. He went above and beyond in his flexibility with my family. The house was so well maintained. Everything was very clean and house was fully stocked with items ready to go! We definitely plan on returning next year to the same house! 10/10 for recommendation!

Long weeked in Galena

My wife and I stayed with our friends from Friday through Sunday. The home was very clean, comfortable, and as advertised. It was close enough to Main st. in downtown Galena to shop and eat, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet while we relaxed at night. Thank you and we'll likely stay again.

Weekend Get Away

We can with two other couples for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and decorated so cute. Plenty of room and bathrooms. Highly recommend. Perfect location. We were able to see deer, an eagle and a bobcat. Perfect house.

3 set of couples shared this home for a weekend to Galena. the location of the house was great for getting downtown galena. Probably 10 minutes. the view from the porch/kitchen was beautiful. the owners were very welcoming and answered all my messages within the day. we plan to stay again

Amazing Stay

We enjoyed the beautiful and updated house, and the time in Galena. We loved the house and location. We had to use one of the blankets and bed sheets in the closet and unfortunately it was dirty. Otherwise everything was wonderful and the house itself was very clean when we arrived.

The Perfect House

Our family rented this house for a one week vacation in the Galena Territory. We all agree it has been the best home that we have stayed. Super clean, awesome decor, everything we needed! We loved coming "home" to this house after touring Galena, Field of Dreams, Cave Park, Spillville (Dvorak!). The community center was friendly and welcoming, something we appreciate. All in all - The Perfect House!

PERFECT!!

This was one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed at and I've been renting over 29 years! Such a NICE, well maintained home with sooo many quality amenities! We found everything in perfect working order, clean, nice furniture, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and Trevor was very accommodating! Love the layout of this home (each bedroom/bath separate from the others). Perfect for 3 couples. I would rent this place again without a doubt!

Wonderful and relaxing house

This house has everything you need and even more! We stayed for a long weekend in February. The night before we arrived there was a snow storm and when we pulled up to the house the entire driveway and porch were shoveled. The house was pristine clean and everything was provided! Trevor checked in with us to see if we had any issues or questions. Of course the place was perfect. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfy. The living room was perfect for lounging and had the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Much needed getaway

This beautiful property is located in a quiet neighborhood outside of Galena. It was just what our group of three women were looking for. The house was immaculate and offered lots of special little extras that made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was just the type of retreat we were looking for to relax and chill when we weren’t enjoying the shops, restaurants and bars in the Galena and Dubuque area. Parking was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked, including extras such as spices, coffee, small unique candies, jams and crackers. The dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and small appliances were more than what we needed. The refrigerator freezer was large and spotless. The fireplace was easy to operate and offered warmth and a cozy atmosphere. The house is well-maintained and decorated beautifully. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and washcloths, soaps, lotions, and hair dryers. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space. The Wi-Fi served all of our needs. This was probably one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at and I would be happy to return again soon, possibly in the spring, summer, or fall, to enjoy the four seasons room and the back deck, grill, and fire pit when it’s not quite so cold outside. Thank you to Trevor for ensuring that our stay was one we will never forget.
