This cozy home is nestled in the Tatum Ranch neighborhood, just miles from great golf courses, hiking trails, shopping and conveniently located between Downtown Cave Creek and Desert Ridge Marketplace. This home is recently remodeled with new floors and all new appliances. Guests will enjoy the private heated pool, game room and two covered patios.
This home sleeps 8 with a Max Occupancy 6 adult guests and their related dependent children.
Bedroom 1: King bed, large walk-in closet, small corner desk, ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, patio and pool access.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, access to hall bathroom/shower.
Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk beds, twin trundle bed, access to hall bathroom/shower.
The living area includes a sofa with queen hide-a-bed, love seat and swivel chair. Living room opens up to game room that includes a foosball table, arcade game, small table and two chairs.
The kitchen has all new SS appliances, large island, bar window that opens to living area. Several seating options with a large dining table, two bar seats and a patio table. The kitchen is stocked with necessities to allow you to cook your own meals or serve meals you bring in. Coffee bar includes a coffee maker, Keurig, coffee and creamer.
The primary patio includes large table, BBQ grill and sunshade. Secondary patio includes two chairs, loveseat and gas firepit/table.
The pool is open year-round. Pool heat is available for a fee of $75 per day and is recommended if using the pool between October - April. When purchased, the temperature is set to 88 degrees.
The 1 car garage is available for use. There are two beach cruiser bicycles available for use at your own risk in the garage.
Pack-n-Play, highchair and stroller available for families with small children.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy keyless entry and full access to property including the garage and driveway for up to two cars, laundry room with washer and dryer, private yard with in-ground pool, BBQ grill and two covered patios.
Other things to note
Home includes central air and heat, free Wi-Fi and Roku smart TVs that allow you to stream as a guest. Bath and pool towels are available as well as basic supplies to get you started such as soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish pods. Also available: Griddle, Crock pot, Instant Pot, Ninja blender and waffle maker.
Please note we respect our property and our neighbors and do not allow parties and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level. We use smart home technology that includes Ring cameras at the front door, driveway, garage, side gate and NoiseAware throughout the property to measure noise decibel levels. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant. We do not use cameras within the house or in the backyard common areas. Please let us know if you have any questions.
