The a/c was used and needed during our stay after being outside in the heat exploring the area. Condo was located a few min. away of the downtown corridor area. Everything seemed to be only minutes away..Place was clean and very comfy for all our needs.

Convenient to Utah National Parks

The condo was perfect for our needs. We drove and toured the national parks by day and relaxed and enjoyed time together in the evenings. This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything required for preparing and serving meals. Joanne has a beautiful home. And Joanne was a very gracious host.

Cedar City Gem

First time user to VRBO and was not disappointed. The property we rented was very nice. The comfort level reached our hoped for expectations. We found the property without any issues and the access to the highway was so easy. The owners were quick to respond and offer assistance. The property was a huge factor in making our trip successful, comfortable and enjoyable.

The host is welcoming. The home is beautiful. The master bedroom mattress was way too hard for us to sleep comfortably. Also, the kitchen wasn't stocked with any plastic wrap, foil, plastic bags, or parchment paper. It would be nice to have some of those basics provided. Also, sponges and scrubbers are not provided only dish cloths. Have a code to enter through the garage instead of having to pull up driveway, enter the front door then open the garage door then pull into the garage for convenience.

Danielle.... I just had the opportunity to read over the review that you have left us for your stay last week. I wanted to take a moment to explain the reason behind why we do not leave those items that you requested at our home. It is all about sanitation reasons. An open box of tin foil, clear wrap, parchment paper, etc. is considered unsanitary to the next guest. It would be considered wasteful to discard a partial used box after each guest. The sponge is not left for the same reasons. They are found to hold too much bacteria, even after one use. We are very concerned about the safety and well being of our guest, therefore, we have taken all measures to make sure that our home is left at a high standard of cleanliness. If these were items that were needed for your stay, it is great that there are many grocery stores in the area that they could have been purchased at. As for the mattress, I am so sorry that it was not comfortable for you. We spent many hours testing out and studying the best mattress to give our guest the best comfort. Our biggest compliment is the comfort of our mattress, but understand that this is a personal comfort preference. Mattress comfort can be very subjective and we do our best to provide high-quality options that work well for most guests. The description of our mattress was in our listing and should have given you an idea of what was waiting for you. I find it very sad, that your stay with us was only valued at a 3 star. The description of a 3 star review is as follows: A 3-star rating at a short term rental indicates that the experience was just okay, suggesting that there were significant issues with the stay, and it is generally advised for guests to look for other options. It reflects that the listing did not meet expectations and was not a pleasant experience overall. Is this truly how you felt? The issues that you explained in the review does not seem significant to me. I would love to have your feedback. I take great pride in the comfort of my guest and do my best to provide that. Perfect for our family

We spent the weekend visiting our Son who attends SUU. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. We loved the spacious bedrooms and the beds were super comfy. Perfect for spending time together hanging out. The property is close to SUU campus and shopping/restaurants. Our host made sure we had everything we needed and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again for future visits!
