Welcome to the Alvin House, a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome, centrally located north of the Atlanta perimeter, minutes from downtown, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Kennesaw Mountain, and White Waters Theme Park.

The home features a full kitchen, with all major appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Each of the bedroom suites have a hi-rise King-sized bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and flat screen tv with basic cable and wi-fi.

On the main level, there is a full kitchen, eating area, desk, and half bath. The living area features a comfortable Queen-sized sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 additional guests. **Note: both full baths are on the 2nd floor, located inside the bedrooms.

Home away from home

This property was beyond amazing. Easy to get to and from Truist Park. The space was very clean and we felt like we were at home. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet. We would stay here again and again.

This condo is lovely. Freshly remodeled with everything you need. Beds are super comfy. Would recommend to friends as well stay here again.

Comfortable Stay

Our host was great with communication, the beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. Plus, there was a washer/dryer and kitchen staples, so we were able to cook easily. However, the house's remodel was lackluster, and the floors upstairs had hollow areas. The bathrooms did not appear to be upgraded. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac that still has quite a bit of traffic. Overall, it suited our needs, the host was great, and we did not have any issues.

Comfortable retreat

The place was exactly as advertised, clean, well appointed and with the perfect layout for family to have their own space. The owners were helpful and very friendly. Overall a sweet retreat in a beautiful town.

Wonderful Place

Cheerful and cozy are the perfect words to describe this townhouse. It was perfect for our visit to Marietta. The owners were very accessible and clearly have worked hard to create a comfortable home away from home.

Weekend getaway

The house had what we needed for our weekend in Georgia. The hosts, George and Liv, were great. They answered all of our questions and attended to our needs. The house was close enough to the main roads to get where we needed or wanted, but also far enough to avoid constant traffic noise. We will definitely keep them in mind for future visits in the area.

Safe and Secure

We had to cut our trip a little short, but everything was satisfactory during our stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. I love that it had an alarm system, made my sleep at night a little more peaceful. On a quiet cul de sac. Close to restaurants. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, and wuiet

Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable home. We cook from scratch due to severe allergies. The kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and furniture. Conveniently located. We loved Marietta square. Great shopping, bars, museums, and restaurants. Our host was attentive and easy to reach. We would stay here again.

Great comfortable home

The home was kept nicely. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable staying here. The owners are very nice and very responsive. We booked not knowing anything about Atlanta, only where we knew we would be going and this home was central and reasonably priced. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars all around was because we had friends staying in other homes. The other communities we saw were nicer. They had yards, front and back and well maintained. I would be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable home, convenient location

We rented the Alvin House for a trip to Atlanta for a Braves game and we were pleasantly surprised with how easily we were able to get to the stadium. Even though we mapped it out prior to booking, we know traffic can be unpredictable! Home was clean, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having a comfortable common area in addition to private bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Having the washer and dryer was a huge convenience as well. All three of us would highly recommend! George and Liv were also very responsive and great to work with! We will definitely be utilizing the Alvin House for any future trips to Braves games and more!

Far-flung family gathering in Atlanta

I gave the property 5-stars because it was more than adequate for what we needed and is a very nice home. I appreciated the ease of check-in and communication. The only detractions were that stocking could have been a bit better. Admittedly, we had a fast-paced agenda and spent little time in the unit other than to sleep. After taking out the trash as required, we couldn't find a trash bag anywhere to use for the rest of our stay. It took us until the end of our stay to figure out that there was such spare kitchenware because it was all still in the dishwasher from the last guest. For the number of guests and nights stayed, 4 towels were insufficient, but there was laundry available so we could have laundered some if we had more time in the unit and were sufficiently motivated to do so. We never found any linens for the pull-out couch advertised in the listing.

We love the location and style of our home. It's close enough to the excitement of the city without the traffic congestion and noise.

We love that each bedroom has its own private bath and that the laundry area is upstairs with the bedrooms. We also like having the half bath downstairs for guests, and a full kitchen with a range, fridge, microwave and diswasher.
