-There is a table to comfortably fit 6 that has 4 chairs and 1 bench.
-There is a pool table for your fun and entertainment, and a smart TV in the kitchen/pool table area to enjoy.

LIVING ROOM:
-Enjoy a cozy and comfortable living room with 2 couches and a large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure (there is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps).
-The main level also has a newly designed full bathroom with a shower, and there is a washer and dryer.

EXTERIOR:
-The front of the home has a lovely porch with a picnic table.
-There is a back door that will exit to the driveway where guests can park 2 vehicles.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people with a total of 2 queen sized beds, 1 full-size bed, a twin size bunk bed (2), and 1 twin size floor trundle bed. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home, and each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes clothing storage/closets/luggage racks, smart TV’s, and luxurious bed linens. There is 1 beautiful brand-new full bathroom upstairs, and 1 full bathroom downstairs.

ACCESS & ENTRY:
-Guests will have access to the entire 2 story, 4 bedroom, and 2 bathroom home during their stay.
-Please note that their are steps to enter the home at the front or back, as well as stairs up to the 2nd floor of the home.
-There is a rental unit in the ground level of this property. There is no access between the separate dwellings.
-We ask that you please respect the home, the tenant, and the neighbors.
-Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!

KEYLESS ENTRY:
-There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

PARKING:
-There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles.

-You may park on the street where availalble.

HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS:
At "Cadillac Blue", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.

CLEANING:
Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.

HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

-Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided.
-We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in.
-If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.

HOUSE RULES
BOOKING and GUESTS
Must be 21+ to book. The booking guest must check in and stay the entire duration.
Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.
SECURITY and RESPONSIBILITY
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:
Bath Towel – $10 | Sheets – $25 | Comforter – $50 | Pillow – $10 | Throw Blanket – $20
We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee + shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.
