The house can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. In the living room area, you will encounter a custom designed dining table which faces directly towards Pike’s Peak. Enjoy a cup of coffee and relax your mind as you admire beautiful mountain views in front of you. The living room brings a cozy atmosphere with a dimmable chandelier to enjoy your favorite shows and movies on a smart internet connected flat screen TV. The lovely bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a closet, a ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. As you make your way up the staircase, you will encounter a spacious bedroom loft equipped with a comfortable king size bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped as needed should you desire to eat-in and prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a coffee bar which features a Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker where you can enjoy making your favorite cup of coffee anytime of the day. The home is also is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer to refresh your laundry as needed. The porch has outdoor patio furniture to enjoy the nature and to plan your daily adventures while providing direct unobstructed views of Pike's Peak. After returning home, you can relax in your own private and gated backyard. The backyard is furnished with an outdoor propane fire pit, composite outdoor chairs, and evening lighting which will create a desirable ambiance to enjoy your favor evening drinks as you unwind your day.
