Walk 50 ft. out your lanai door and you are on the white sands of Siesta Beach. Walk 3 blocks out your front door and you are in the heart of Siesta Village, dining and shopping area. No Car Required.
This 2 BD/2 BA ground floor condo, corner unit, gives you direct access to 1,100 feet of PRIVATE sugar white sand of Siesta Beach (3.5 mi. long.) The views of the Gulf of Mexico, Big Pass and South Lido Beach are extraordinary. There are 2 pools in the complex. The one overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, is right on the beach just outside your lanai door about 40 ft.
The condo's 26 foot expanse of tinted, hurricane poof glass doors on the lanai offer ever-present views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the Living Rm., Dinning Rm. and Primary Bedroom. This Beach home is 1440 sq. ft. which includes the 6'x26' lanai; The perfect place to enjoy cocktails and Siesta Keys beautiful sunsets. The home has been totally refurnished and decorated by Richard Rose, a NY designer who has lived on Siesta Key for 30 years. The decor is relaxed, comfortable and beach practical with original art. The living room furniture includes a Stressless leather recliner and 2 Natuzzi burgundy leather swivel chairs. There is a new Samsung 65" TV in the living room, a 55" TV in the primary bedroom and a 40" TV in the guest bedroom/den. The primary bedroom has a new queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower & dual sinks, as well as a walk-in closet with a dressing area, large mirror and built in dresser. Your guests will enjoy a comfortable queen bed in the den/office in the back of the condo. It is immediately next to the 2nd bath with a shower and jacuzzi tub. The apartment has great hot water. There is a small breakfast area with a window in the back of the kitchen that easily functions as a second office + 2 utility/storage closets. A 4'x8'x9' storage room w/lock is in the hall just outside the condo for easy access storage of suit cases, golf clubs and water sport accessories etc.
Whispering Sands Condo has a magnificent community lounge overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico, that can be reserved for private events. There is also a Clubhouse just east of the towers with a 2nd pool that over looks the lagoon + a gym, multiple conversation areas, card tables, a kitchen and all sorts of activities. Another wonderful feature of the condo is the Tiki Hut grilling and picnic area which is just off the beach in a quiet pine grove. A kayaks/sup rack is also included in the rental. The assigned covered parking spot is immediately in front of the resident only entrance and there are 6 guest parking spaces just steps from the lanai.
Whispering Sands is a active 55+ community with gorgeous grounds; a large lagoon, pine groves and an abundance of nature and sea birds. An Extraordinary Experience awaits you. The rental includes all utilities, maintenance, WIFI and internet. Minimum rental is 2 months in 2023 and 3 months in 2024. At least 1 renter must be 55 or older and condo association approval is required.
SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATE of 35% will be in effect through season 2024 due to construction being done on the condo building.
